If you have a disability of any kind, it's important that you make sure your accommodation is suitable before you leave the UK. Our travel specialists and Pre-departure Team can help you, but please note, it may take a few days to gather the information you need from our overseas team, for example the number of steps in your villa/hotel or the height of the beds.
Car hire and transfers
Our chosen suppliers aim to accommodate all our guests, along with luggage and any mobility equipment, but their ability to do so is subject to local availability. Please talk to us about your requirements, either when you book or as soon as possible afterwards.
We work hard to make sure that everyone has a comfortable journey. If you have a disability or reduced mobility of any kind and need assistance, please tell us at least seven days before your departure or we may not be able to provide the additional support you need. This may include assistance embarking/disembarking from the aircraft, travelling with your own wheelchair or taking medication on board the plane.
Departure and arrival services vary considerably depending on where you fly to and from and, in some cases, the airline you’re flying with. These services are provided by the airport and/or airline and not by us so we need at least 72 hours notice to make sure they have facilities appropriate to your needs.
