The Simpson Travel Loyalty Club

What started as a close-knit family business has grown into something much larger, yet we still consider Simpson Travel to be a family company, both in the way we work together and our attitude towards all those who travel with us: part of our extended family.

 

Our Loyalty Club was launched in 2014 to thank our most loyal guests for their ongoing support and reward them on a regular basis. Membership is divided into four tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond – based on the number of holidays you’ve taken with Simpson Travel or the amount you’ve spent over the years with us.

The advantages of Loyalty Club membership

We’ve created a range of travel-related benefits to make your experiences with us even more of a pleasure and we also hold private Loyalty Club events to get to know our members better, including 2017's sparkling Tea at the Savoy.

As a member, you can enjoy:

  • Up to an additional £300 to put towards a range of Travel Extras
    These include airport parking, an upgraded welcome pack or even an in-villa massage – but we're flexible. If there's something else that would make your holiday even better, let us know and, if possible, we'll arrange it.
  • Dedicated Concierge Services
    Rosie Springett is your personal contact at Simpson Travel – her details are shown below. She will help you add the finishing touches to your holiday, whether you want to boost your luggage allowance or book into a local restaurant for your first evening. For Silver, Gold and Diamond members.
  • Savings when you take a second holiday
    Treat yourselves to another week or two away and we’ll take up to 20% off the total package price. Some exclusions may apply.
  • Access to exclusive previews, luxury offers and promotions
    These are arranged with us, as well as our carefully chosen partners.
