The name Anassa means breathtaking, and this accurately reflects the first impression of this bright, modern villa with its magnificent sea views. Anassa's peaceful, rural position, tucked away in the foothills of the beautiful Mount Pantokrator, belies the fact that it lies just one kilometre above the attractive village of Nissaki and the sea. The design of this cheerful house makes the most of its outlook. Both its large curved panoramic windows and its infinity pool face straight out to sea. To one side of Anassa the dramatically rocky hillside is covered in olives, Spanish broom and wild herbs, and inside the villa the colours are also of a rich, sunlit Mediterranean landscape: yellow, ochre, and cobalt blue.

Our first visit to Corfu and our second time with Simpson Travel and what a fantastic Island and villa! We have had an amazing time from start to finish! The rep, Debbie, has been brilliant – making contact before we arrived, visiting on our second and last days as well as being on hand and very approachable throughout. She is very knowledgeable about the island and nothing is too much trouble for her.
Lisa and Caroline – July 2017
You always take the pictures on holiday websites with a pinch of salt – the view can't be that perfect, the sky can't be that blue, the interior shots must be taken from the most flattering angle, etc. But the setting of Anassa is even more lovely than it appears in the pictures. The view of the sea, with Corfu town on the opposite side of the bay, is breathtaking. I could sit for hours and watch the mountains of Albania change colour through blue, pink and mauve as the light changed. We could hear the bleats of mountain goats on the ravine at the back of the villa but only once caught a glimpse of them as they made their intrepid way across a almost vertical rock face.
Mrs Walker – June 2017
Simpson Travel is simply the best. If they don't go there, I won't go there.
Mrs Waterworth – June 2017
You get everything just right. Helpful yet unobtrusive. We've stayed in Paxos and Corfu and the accommodation was second to none. The reps at the airport were wonderful and make the chaos of Corfu airport bearable. I don't mind paying a little more for my holiday because I know my family will be in good hands.
Ms McBride – August 2016
As we were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary we could not think of a more romantic place than Corfu. Staying at Anassa we have enjoyed peace, tranquillity and views across the bay to Corfu town, it is well equipped and the situation allows you to experience the wildlife of Corfu. Nearby 'Vitamins' restaurant allows you to experience Greek food and hospitality at its best.
Mr Clayden – July 2015
Spent a glorious week mostly lazing around the pool with its stunning view.
Mrs King – June 2015

Anassa has been the perfect retreat and escape from busy lives. The views are breathtaking!
Mr Bennett – May 2015
An exceptional property with amazing views. Interesting approach up a windy road which you got used to over time. The picture on the website was accurate.
Mr Cannell – September 2014
Perfect location for peace and quiet with amazing views. Close to good restaurants and some lovely beaches.
Mrs Dolphin – May 2014

Mr Rennie – September 2013
A fantastic villa with a stunning view. A lovely way to spend a week.
Mrs Hiscock – August 2013
Another excellent holiday, organised by Simpson Travel! All as expected and hoped for, nothing was too much trouble. The photos of our accommodation didn't do the location justice – stunning! Friendly locals, good places to eat nearby and we saw swallowtail butterflies and even golden eagles, just from our pool!
Mr Rogers – July 2013
Simpson Travel provides an excellent all round service – our experience of them has been faultless.
Mr Sossick – May 2013
Our choice of Greek properties is as diverse as the islands themselves, ranging from simple seaside charm to genuine luxury and style. Much of our portfolio is privately owned, and price alone is therefore not a universal guide. We contract all our accommodation in person, and each property has its individual appeal. To help you make the right choice based on your own priorities, we have devised a simple grading guide to be considered in conjunction with each individual property description, awarding up to a maximum of five stars for the below categories.
* For further clarification on Facilities and Amenities, please view the 'Details' tab for each property or speak to one of our experienced sales consultants.
