This spacious, classically styled villa enjoys a stunning location with hypnotic views over picturesque Kouloura (the most photographed harbour in Corfu) and across the sea to the mainland. Many idle hours can be spent on the terraces and balconies, gazing at speedboats as they cut a sparkling silver wake across the bay, or watching the haze build up in the heat of the late afternoon, only to disperse into a clear, starlit evening. The views are particularly magical by the pool at night, and there can be few finer places in the world to enjoy a relaxed dinner with family or friends.

There is a choice of beaches and restaurants, including the renowned Kouloura Fish Taverna, within a 10-minute drive, but with a large private pool and plenty of relaxing space for everyone, most will find little incentive to leave.

Customer feedback

Beautiful week in a stunning location, never got bored of the view! Superb weather enable us to relax and spend hours in and around the pool. Many thanks to Jackie and property owner who answered any questions and sorted issues promptly.
The Price Family, August 2022

A magical location with amazing views and incredible tranquility!
Jane Hands, July 2022

Fabulous week. Loved the wonderful views and peace and quiet.
John and Eileen, June 2022

We had a great week in this well-equipped and comfortable villa, getting to explore the north of the island. The view is stunning and mesmerising. We’ve enjoyed the pool, the different local beaches, delicious taverna meals, walks along the coast, two big mountain walks (the cove walk was particularly lovely) and a great day on a rented boat (even the toddler was enjoying it!). We’re sorry to leave.
Jenny & family – September 2021

We stayed for a week and all in all it was a lovely one. On arrival we bumped into Jackie who gave us a warm welcome whilst reassuring us she was only a call away if needed. We pre-booked Kouloura Taverna for 2pm for our first meal on arrival, it was convenient due to only being around the corner and the staff are very helpful. The best way to explore the island and its eateries is by boat. The boat was suitable for the five of us from The White House on Kalami beach (€100 + €40 for fuel which was worth every penny!). We highly recommend stopping at all the coves and tavernas – head north first!
Simpson traveller – September 2021

A beautiful week in the sun and some much anticipated lazing around. Although our plans for a boat trip were derailed by an ill-timed storm, we had a fab time roasting ourselves by the pool and on the beach. Food-wise the highlights were Kochili in Agios Stefanos, Eucalyptus on the other side of the bay and The White House. We also enjoyed a night-time wander around Kassiopi where there is an abundance of restaurants. For beaches we went to Agni, Kerasia and Kalami though parking and sunbeds were tough to come by in peak season. Overall it was a fantastic week after a very dreary English summer.
The Vincent family – August 2021

It was lovely to arrive at such a lovely place where our family of four could all relax. The villa has a lovely outlook, great pool and the owner has been particularly helpful in sorting out little issues promptly and without fuss. Much time has been spent in the villa, but our other home-from-home has been the lovely Agios Stephanos village nearby. With is two well-stocked supermarkets, the tavernas (all with excellent food, Eucalyptus probably the nicest setting and best seafood), easy parking, and San Stefano boats. Hiring the motor boat for a day was easy, even for total novices. We were given 20 minutes’ training and then took the boat out for the day (10am-5pm) visiting beaches to the north up to Kassiopi and then south past Kouloura Bay and down to Nissaki. We dived at Kouloura bay and ate at Nikos at Agni and each time someone helped us moor at the jetty. We’d recommend Kassiopi – dining at the harbour in the evening with a good selection of restaurants and bars. We also travelled along the north coast where there are a sandy and shingle beaches. To get around we just used our car but rarely went above second gear!
The Baxendall family – July 2021

My son and I enjoyed a sun and fun-filled week exploring Corfu. Kouloura Harbour View is very well located with stunning views and provides real relaxation and enjoyable downtime when needed. Our Simpson rep, Jackie, was extremely helpful and professional at all times. No request was ever too much trouble and her local knowledge really helped us to gain the most from our time there. Thanks again, Jackie and Simpson.
Lee Clifford – August 2020

A boat trip from Agios Stephanos is a must. We explored many secluded beaches you can only get to from the sea. Perithia village in the mountains is like stepping back in time… A visit to the old town in Corfu is also a must. Do get to the Spincola, the Liston and the Palace of St Michael & St George. We ate at Bellissimo in the town which was excellent and reasonable and we got serenaded by a great quartet. We also walked from the Durrell ‘White House’ car park to the Rothschild beach. Have a drink at the Kouloura Harbour taverna on the way back, which is lovely and very tasteful.
Harriet & Andrew – August 2019

We all had a relaxing and comfortable week at this lovely house. Top tips: Walk to Kerasia beach, Kouloura harbour, evening boat trip to Corfu from Kassiopi, rent a boat from Agios Stephanos, Greek night at Agni – teenagers loved it and ended with a conga along the jetty to music and fireworks, relaxing by the pool! As to shopping, Yannis’ supermarket has the lot (including Krug). Next door sells wonderful ice cream and baklava. We used taxis quite a bit – reasonable and efficient and gave us freedom to wonder and drink a little.
Alex, Huw, Erin & Amelia – August 2019

Fabulous holiday – lovely villa, beautiful views, good time. What more could we ask? Thank you.
Chris, Julie, Karen & Mike – July 2019

A relaxing break – fantastic views and a quiet spot. Agni Boats are happy to collect from the villa allowing coastal explorations and cove swimming.
Stephen Craven – June/July 2019

We are so sad to leave. It’s been the most idyllic spot for some much needed R&R. Jo, the Simpson rep, has been so helpful and friendly, answering all our questions. The villa and its view are just beautiful, we could sit and stare at the water all day. Local area is really pretty, we haven’t ventured far but when we did it was wonderful. Kouloura (and the coastal walk to beaches), Kalami and The White House, Agios Stefanos and Kassiopi. Desperately hoping we opt to come again.
The Berry family – May 2019

Back again to Corfu (first visit 16 years ago) – an irresistible draw it seems! Agni is pretty special and has pretty special people too. Such a relaxed atmosphere with a remarkable combination of climate, food, sea and serenity. We have been so well looked after with kindness and consideration, and this cottage suits 'escaped' moniker down to the ground. The visit to vibrant, colourful Corfu town is such fun, but the essential return to Agni brings peace to the soul... We will be back...
The Hawes Family – September 2017

A beautiful location for a wonderful week! Jackie's recommendations were great and hiring a boat for a day was a brilliant experience – don't be put off if you haven't done it before, we hadn't and it was very easy to pick up!
The Tunnel Family – August 2017

The extra level of service and assurance that Simpson Travel provides makes the difference between a good holiday and a truly refreshing and relaxing one, where you know you have the experience and support of the team and outstanding local representatives behind you.

Another lovely week in this beautiful corner of Corfu, and another holiday with Simpson Travel! The views from the villa are breathtaking and will be hard to leave. I have no doubt we will be back...
Chris, Anne & William – July 2017

We've been to Corfu many times – it never disappoints or loses its magic. The villa itself is lovely, the views are superb, we have loved every minute. The whole Simpson Travel experience has been perfect and Jackie, in particular. Delightful owner and cleaners.
Cheryl, Wendy & Tina – June 2017

First-time vacation with Simpson Travel and it did not disappoint – everything was outstanding from the moment we got to the airport to our arrival back in the UK. The service levels are of the highest standard and our villa was everything we had hoped for. We will definitely be back.
Mr Wynne – August 2017

The boat and snorkels allowed us to explore Corfu even further and would definitely suggest going to the blue caves or visiting many of the small and beautiful beaches. We hope you have a lovely holiday and enjoy the relaxing views from this perfect villa that served us very well.
Bea Hutchinson – June 2017

What a wonderful week at Kouloura Harbour View. We loved the villa and the pool – so beautiful at night. Jackie recommended lots of great restaurants. We totally loved having a boat for four days and exploring beaches, bays, fish and lots of swimming/snorkelling as well as fantastic restaurants. An amazing half-term holiday for the family and we hope to be back next year with Simpson Travel.
The Hutchinson Family – June 2017

This was the first time we've travelled with Simpson Travel and we are extremely impressed with the importance of customer care and satisfaction.

Words cannot describe the stunning view and neither can photos do it justice!
