This romantic spot, set in the tiny hamlet of Arvanitakeika and built in the style of an old windmill, offers beautiful far-reaching views across the island's olive trees to the south of Corfu and the mainland.
Small and intimate, The Windmill is perfect for couples who want nothing more than to indulge their senses and relax, whilst the cleverly designed pool makes the most of the house's wonderful position.
The Windmill, along with Joanna’s House and Thodoris House, is one of three Simpson properties nestled on a hillside in the tiny hamlet.

Transfers
- Corfu airport to Corfu port is either by taxi, minibus or bus 10min
- Waiting time at Corfu port is usually between 1hr to 2hrs at the port café where there is an area to store luggage
- Corfu port to Paxos port is by hydrofoil, sea taxi or ferry and depending on the mode of transport the journey will take between 1hr 10mins to 2hrs 15mins

Once again a wonderful holiday - from the booking through to landing back in the UK, Simpson delivered excellence. Much appreciated by two very busy people with high expectations!
Had a lovely relaxing holiday lazing by the pool and enjoying the views. Did some exploring across the island – Tripitos Arch is worth the drive and walk. Enjoyed the trip to Anti Paxos and lunch at the first taverna at Vrika. Thank you to Simpson again, another fabulous villa.

If you enjoy holidaying in a peaceful, secluded and beautiful location, then the Windmill in Paxos is hard to beat. A stunning view and walks through the surrounding olive groves make this our favourite destination.
Simpson Travel were excellent throughout the process with Covid and accommodating the changes with airports/flights. The reps were really great and the whole process was excellent. The Windmill and Paxos were perfect for what we wanted, the guestbook really helped and I'm gutted we forgot to write in it. The island and amenities are excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Two weeks of pure relaxation. Thank you Simpsons for your faultless service. We will be back next year to try another of your amazing villas.
A lovely relaxing holiday. The views from The Windmill looking out towards Lakka and Corfu beyond are breathtaking. As ever the reps were fantastic and a big thank you to Lili on Paxos and Lynn on Corfu.
We had a fabulous time at the Windmill Paxos. Having never visited Paxos previously, the villa was outstanding and exactly what we needed. The views are without doubt spectacular. We had everything we needed to make the week one of the best we’ve had in a very long time. We travel extensively and will definitely be back again!
This was our second visit to The Windmill and Paxos and it was every bit as good as the first time. Our thanks to Frances, Steph and the team for being so helpful and making our holiday even more special. We are already booked in again for next June!

The Windmill has been a lovely place to stay on this beautiful island. This is our first visit to Paxos and we hope to return. The Simpson team has been outstanding and all the people of Paxos we have met have been delightful.
Our first experience with Simpson but it definitely won’t be the last. We usually do all the arrangements ourselves so this was a first for us. Well it was everything and more that we wanted. Full marks to all your staff who delivered a super performance. We thought the holiday was over but then you surprised us when you gave us a fabulous lunch whilst we were waiting for our departure. Wow that’s how to guarantee we will come back to Simpson.

We found the rep (Steph) to be excellent and she gave us all the help we needed. She was great at helping my wife get on the boat on the journey. There was a great chain of care all the way to check-in when it was realised that my wife had hurt her knee.
