Strati and Steno enjoy a wonderfully privileged position on Paxos, set in an acre and a half of land just a short drive from Gaios. The two brand new villas were completed in July 2021 and are just 200m from our boutique Simpson Hotel, Purple Apricot. Strati sits just below Steno, offering the same mesmerising views across the Ionian to mainland Greece, and the charming terrace is an idyllic spot to sit and watch the boats glide gently back and forth across the water.
Two-bedroom properties with en-suite bathrooms are the most sought-after on the island; perfect for couples in the early and late season, ideal for families in July and August. The villa is spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sense of flow between the cool interiors and thoughtfully furnished exteriors where there are inviting seating options in both sun and shade. It is light and airy with all the facilities you would expect from a 21st century build and incorporates a built-in barbecue, a pergola and a delightful infinity pool enjoying the same enchanting views across the sea.

- Corfu airport to Corfu port is either by taxi, minibus or bus 10min
- Waiting time at Corfu port is usually between 1hr to 2hrs at the port café where there is an area to store luggage
- Corfu port to Paxos port is by hydrofoil, sea taxi or ferry and depending on the mode of transport the journey will take between 1hr 10mins to 2hrs 15min

We have used Simpson Travel for over Thirteen years - specifically Corfu and Paxos. Its not just about the accomodation and travel experience which is always first class but how they deal with the unexpected and the little touches. This year my husband was delayed on joining me in Paxos due to business and unfortunately i had a knee injury which meant i was nervous about travelling alone and driving the hire car. I need not have worried - Richard's late arrival was dealt with seamlessly and i had cases wrestled from me at Corfu airport and on Paxos. Then a lovely taxi with driver was organised until Richard could join me. This was done effortlessly and i was made to feel nothing was too much trouble ... now that is above and beyond in my opinion. Frances and the Corfu transfer team are part of my summer family.
Customer reviews Our second stay at Strati and it didn't disappoint. The accommodation is excellent and the pool makes it a lovely place to stay when it is hot and sunny. We had a great week driving around the island and visiting our favourite beaches in the daytime and restaurants in Gaios, Loggos and Lakka in the evening. We will be back!
Our 3rd visit to Paxos with Simpson Travel and relaxing and enjoyable as ever. We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at Strati with the only challenge been the access road and praying not to meet the neighbours in Steno coming the other way. Great views across to mainland Greece whilst relaxing by the pool. Thank you to all the Simpson team on the island at on Corfu who made travelling to and from Paxos as stress as possible. Already looking forward to returning next year.

This was our 4th time in Paxos and we have had a fantastic week at Villa Strati, so much so that we've booked again for next year. Paxos is beautiful and the villa is just perfect for us.
Strati sits in a quiet location with the most superb and uninterrupted views. The villa is very new so all the equipment works and is in very good condition . The bonus are the wardrobes which are extensive , have many hangers and can accomodate full length dresses. This in addition to proper dressing tables with mirrors that you can sit at to do your hair and makeup is an unexpected luxury in a villa holiday in Paxos... one very happy wife ! Seriously this is a first rate villa in an ideal location close to all the beaches and villages.
This was our 4th visit to Paxos. Overall the charm and beauty of this small island remains the same. The people, the lovely villages and delicious food are why we keep coming back. Strati is a great location for a base, the views and sunrises have been amazing.

Paxos was a perfect location for a family holiday, and villa markd6ise331t" Strati gave us the perfect base. Very comfortable and well equipped villa with stunning views and extensive terrace area, loved having the outdoor kitchen. Nothing is very far away, best bakery was only a 1.2 mile walk, a short drive to the truly excellent restaurant Thymari.
Loved the island and will certainly be back. Excellent villa and location and loved the pool. A great week, wished it had been longer.
