With five en-suite bedrooms, Villa Elmas makes an impressive base for a group of friends or perhaps two families, offering exceptionally good value compared to properties of the same calibre elsewhere around the Mediterranean. All guests staying in Kalkan are treated to a complimentary Turkish bath (hamam) treatment in the Kalkan Regency hotel's renowned spa and a day trip on the hotel’s traditional gület boat, Poseidon, with lunch and a welcome glass of bubbles included (additional drinks will need to be paid for on board). Amazing Villa Elmas in Kalkan that exceeded all our expectations; it was so tranquil and relaxing. The bonus of a boat trip on an impressive gulet boat and a complementary Haman where both such lovely treats. I hope we can come again next year!
Fab villa, Simpson staff very helpful. Taxi service around town very efficient. Poseidon boat trip was well worth the day out, staff were lovely, boat was amazing and only 24 on board. Padi diving based in Kaş – brilliant and easy to find. Beach clubs (especially Zest) around were all great, good food and friendly staff. Korsan barbecues at the house definitely worth trying. Food was fab. Yasin the caretaker was very helpful and efficient. First time in Kalkan – had a brilliant time – we would definitely recommend.
This was our first time to Kalkan. The villa did not disappoint and all the Simpson staff were helpful and friendly. We recommend the barbecue at the villa, The Korsan Kitchen restaurant, Kalkan Town for gifts and the market on Thursday. Overall it was fantastic week and we will be back.

The villa Elmas is beautiful and well equipped. 5 beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms although only 1 bath so a little difficult if bathing young children. Pool was lovely and lots of areas to sit and enjoy the sun or a drink before dinner . Kay our representative was amazing and at the end of a WhatsApp message. She even came to the villa on her day off to deliver flowers and a birthday cake! Yesin the handyman was so helpful and the cleaning excellent. A little bit of a walk to the restaurants but that will improve when the roads are finished properly . A lovely place for a luxurious relaxing holiday.
We had a fabulous holiday in Kalkan, our first visit, and we were so impressed. The villa was fabulous and the view was stunning. The extras included by Simpsons like the boat trip, and the Hamman experience, really made for an exceptional holiday. We will be back!
What a week we've had! The villa certainly lived up to all our expectations. There are so many highlights it's hard to know where to begin. The pool and views are breathtaking and we spent many a lazy hour having drinks and soaking up the surroundings. We had lovely meals at all the places Kitty recommended and she has been amazing throughout.
What a wonderful 2 weeks in stunning Kalkan. Such an eclectic mix to suit all ages and wishes. Ate out every night, so many wonderful roof top restaurants. Beach clubs great, and for nightlife, well where do I start, or should I ask our 17 year old twins that one! Simpson Travel you continue to exceed our expectations.
A luxurious experience all round, we will use Simpson Travel again for sure.
We never thought we would get back to Kalkan in 2020 because of the pandemic, but we did and we returned to Villa Elmas for the second year in a row. As a family of seven the villa is perfect with lots of space and all bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. We just love the wonderful views from the pool and kitchen area. This year we discovered the Villa Eats App and had some takeaways delivered to the villa, which was just great. We also used the services of Villa Dining where you choose the menu and they come and cook it for you. As we were celebrating two wedding anniversaries, it was something different and definitely worth it. Kitty, the local concierge, recommended them. If you just want to chill out at the villa, it is perfect and worth doing! Hopefully we will return to Kalkan next year as it really is our ‘Happy Place’ for our annual family holiday.
Our fourth time in Kalkan and another stunning villa! What a view from the kitchen, can we take it home? We loved the swimming pool – it has to be the best of all the villas we have stayed at. A real highlight of this holiday was the boat trip on the Poseidon. A really fantastic day enjoyed by all the family. The hamam was also very splendid. We returned to one of our favourite restaurants, Yelkin, just down the hill. We also tried the Sunset restaurant for the first time and can recommend it – on the front. For the first time we went to Kaş and visited the market and harbourfront. The market is not as big as Kalkan, but still enough stalls depending on what you want to buy. One week is not enough and we are very sad to leave. Thank you, Kirsti, for all your attention, you have been wonderful. We will be back!
Our fourth family visit to Kalkan and this time to Villa Elmas. The view from this villa is stunning and the large pool is one of the best! This year we were spoilt with a complimentary Turkish Bath at the beautiful Kalkan Regency Hotel, where the staff were delightful and so professional. Another highlight was the complimentary boat trip on The Poseidon, which really was a very special day as there were only 16 on board and the staff and facilities offered were excellent. Kalkan has become a very special place for our family and I am sure we will be returning for many years to come. Thank you Simpson for making our stay here so enjoyable.
The villa was understated on the website. We found it to exceed all our expectations. The friendliness and competence of Simpson staff was excellent. We would recommend Simpson to other holidaymakers as much as we would recommend Kalkan as a holiday destination.
First time in Kalkan and we have loved our time here. Simpson has been faultless; the Indigo Club has great watersports, bathing and food. The Poseidon boat exceeded all expectations, fabulous day! The villa is wonderful, the fresh bread in the morning is a treat and our ordered Moussaka and other culinary delights were scrumptious. Kirsti, our rep, was lovely and informative. We will be back.

I cannot thank the Simpson crew enough for organising such a lovely family holiday for my father’s 70th birthday celebration. The local rep went out of her way to make sure our stay was as perfect as possible. The small touches like surprising us with a birthday cake and decorating his bed with flowers was really thoughtful and made our holiday even more special. The villa was truly amazing – bread delivered each day was a real treat, views spectacular and the weather great. The restaurants were all perfect and the people throughout Kalkan were very friendly and polite, not pushy. Will be going back to the same villa. Taxis everywhere, all very cheap but most of all the experience of Kalkan is definitely the politest place we have been – thoroughly recommend it.
