And as the sun goes down you can chase its last rays from the magnificent rooftop terrace, taking in the panoramic sweep of the bay and its islands as the sky fades into the rosy pink of evening. All guests staying in Kalkan are treated to a complimentary Turkish bath (hamam) treatment in the Kalkan Regency hotel's renowned spa and a day trip on the hotel’s traditional gület boat, Poseidon, with lunch and a welcome glass of bubbles included (additional drinks will need to be paid for on board). Our first visit to House of Dreams in Kalkan was absolutely excellent. Simpson Travel were fantastic from booking onwards and our local rep, Kay, was second to none. From pre-arrival emails to local information and help with bookings, she was kind, thoughtful, helpful and always at the end of the phone. We had an excellent time at the House of Dreams. A beautiful villa with gorgeous views over Kalkan, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you may need. There is a small supermarket nearby; otherwise, it is only a five minute drive into town. We had a very relaxing week, whether by the pool at the villa, at the Indigo beach club, visiting a hamam (the Atlantis was our favourite), sea kayaking, shopping or a day on a gulet. Highly recommended!
House of Dreams is exactly that, a home from home in a stunning location. Will definitely come again.
House of Dreams was utterly charming. Fantastically well-equipped and the welcome hamper was wonderful. Our daughters made the most of the pool while we relaxed in the shade. Family evenings were spent playing cards on the sensational roof terrace. We had made a decision not to be in a remote place but amongst the hustle and bustle, and House of Dreams gave us the perfect combination. Far away enough from the city centre but only five minutes’ drive if we did want to go. We had a wonderful traditional breakfast in the mountains recommended by our great rep, Kay. Very much enjoyed Patara beach and our trip out with the gulet via Simpson Travel. Met some great people and ended up going out for dinner at the Kalkan Regency (Simpson Hotel) with them. Also really enjoyed the hammam and massages there. Will definitely come back. Thank you.
Our first time with Simpson travel and what a great experience at every step along the way. The house was fantastic, but most of all the fast, efficient and friendly assistance we received from the Simpson Travel representatives when we needed it (my wife had a bad fall and needed hospital treatment) made a difficult situation so much easier.
Firstly thanks so much for all the bits and pieces you organised for us! It made our holiday much simpler. Our two holiday highlights were the Kekova kayak trip and the Turkish breakfast up the mountain – so good we had to go back! We also enjoyed the day trip on the Poseidon and the BBQ night at the Regency, which was great fun. We followed up your recommendation of Zest Beach Club and went every day that we weren't otherwise occupied. The House of Dreams is a beautiful and fantastically equipped villa to stay in. House of Dreams is a lovely place with super views. As others have said the property was probably the best well equipped place I’ve ever stayed in. There’s loads of outside space on numerous terraces and the outside furniture is lovely. There are lots of steps up to the property so not for those with mobility issues. Overall a lovely place.

It’s been a great week...albeit in Covid-19 times. It’s our second visit to Kalkan and with Simpson too. We loved the House of Dreams, a beautiful villa. So well equipped and a great layout. Loved our rooftop drinks watching the sun going down. Our villa was attended to every day by Mohammed who cleaned the pool, arranged the sunbeds and dropped off fresh bread daily. A lovely touch. We went to Villa Mahal Beach Club...stunning place for the sophisticated! No Ibiza music. Very chilled and relaxing. Recommend getting the water taxi from Kalkan. The club has direct access to the sea. Beautiful lunch. We also did the Poisedon cruise. A stunning boat. Lovely lunch and beautiful stop off places to swim in turquoise seas. Our rep, Zeze, was amazing. We were there during Covid-19 times, so didn’t get to meet her. But we were in touch every day...and admittedly I contacted her a lot outside working hours. Especially when we heard we would be quarantined on our return to England. She gave her best advice during a hive of activity of worried customers. She was prompt to respond whatever the hour. She did a sterling job and an absolute credit to Simpson Travel. Well done Simpson and all of your staff, plus the owners of the House of Dreams for delivering an amazing holiday experience in such difficult times. Simpson is the best in ensuring every part of your journey is effortless. Meeting you at the airport, with your hire car ready to go, and on your return trip tracking your car so they are ready to take it off your hands when you pull up at the airport.
