Perched on the hillside above the endless blue of the bay, Villa Azra is a perfect example of Kalkan’s signature style: lofty, double height living spaces, luxury en-suite bedrooms, sleek contemporary décor and vast walls of glass to frame those incredible sea views. Practical as well as beautiful, the architect also made sure to include space for a games room, and two lower ground floor bedrooms where your teenagers (or in-laws!) can keep a little distance from the rest of the party if desired.
Holiday decisions should be no more taxing than beach or pool, but it could be a tough call at Villa Azra, with an 11-metre pool and Jacuzzi on site, and the Indigo and Yali beach clubs just a short stroll away. You can walk down to the Old Town or the bustling harbour in 15 minutes, though it might take you longer to take your pick from the amazing array of rooftop restaurants and harbour bars that give Kalkan its unique atmosphere. This proximity is a great bonus for mixed age groups, as those who wish can get out and about without needing to be driven, whilst others can simply relax and revel in the spectacle of Kalkan’s twinkling lights and pretty evening skies from the exceptional comfort of this luxurious home-from-home.

All guests staying in Kalkan are treated to a complimentary Turkish bath (hamam) treatment in the Kalkan Regency hotel's renowned spa and a day trip on the hotel’s traditional gület boat, Poseidon, with lunch and a welcome glass of bubbles included (additional drinks will need to be paid for on board). What a stunning villa and location! A wonderful place to say with friends. The Poseidon boat trip was a particular highlight and we’d also recommend Patara beach. So many fabulous places to eat. Huge thanks to Kitty of Simpson, always attentive, responsive and helpful. It’s now our third Simpson experience – we’ll definitely be booking further holidays. Exemplary!
