Like Kalkan itself, Solena Residence is built on multiple levels facing towards the sea, with the harbour and Old Town just a 10-15 minute walk away, meaning you can get around the local area easily without having to drive.

Like Kalkan itself, Solena Residence is built on multiple levels facing towards the sea, with the harbour and Old Town just a 10-15 minute walk away, meaning you can get around the local area easily without having to drive.
The interiors are exceptional and elegantly understated, letting the impressively generous spaces and views do all the talking. There are four en suite bedrooms, each with its own balcony or terrace so you can wake up each morning to a view of the sea. One of the things we love most here is the huge, glass-fronted balcony on the upper floor balcony, which is big enough for sunbeds and an outdoor sofa so you can relax and enjoy this privileged location at any time of the day.
The outdoor space at Solena Residence is really well configured, with the added benefit of a lawn - which is very unusual for Kalkan - and a large barbecue area down by the pool. As evening falls you might opt to stay home and enjoy the beautiful view over the twinkling lights of the harbour and town below, and should you wish to dine in, we can arrange a meze delivery service or private chef, giving you a restaurant-style experience in the privacy of your own villa. But Solena Residence has another special feature to tempt you down to town: at the bottom of the garden a private gate opens onto a footpath that takes you directly down to Kalkan, where the harbour, shops and many restaurants and cafes that give the resort such appeal are waiting to welcome you, making this truly one of the best locations in Kalkan.

All guests staying in Kalkan are treated to a complimentary Turkish bath (hamam) treatment in the Kalkan Regency hotel's renowned spa and a day trip on the hotel’s traditional gület boat, Poseidon, with lunch and a welcome glass of bubbles included (additional drinks will need to be paid for on board). Tea/coffee and cakes will be served in the afternoon. Please speak to your local representative on arrival to confirm your bookings.
