We love the easy, breezy, summer-house feel of Villa Galini, perfectly located just a short walk from Kaminia beach and the sea. It’s effortlessly elegant, decked out in 50 shades of white, and beautifully cocooned by sturdy olive trees: a dream spot to sling a hammock and snooze away a hot Ionian afternoon.

The villa is laid out as three separate ‘houses’, with the main living and dining space in the central one flanked by two large bedroom suites on either side. It’s the perfect configuration for two couples looking for both company and privacy, with an additional mezzanine sleeping area in each suite if there are kids in the mix as well. The houses are not interconnected, but a terrace spans the front of the three buildings, tying the whole place together and making a lovely social space where you can sit and take in those wonderful sea views.

A Lefkada summer is meant to be lived outdoors, and Villa Galini provides everything you need to relax and enjoy the glorious surroundings, with a Jacuzzi as well as a swimming pool and a well-equipped barbecue kitchen. Dusk is wonderfully romantic, when the olive trees are silhouetted against the pool lights and ships make their stately way across the darkening bay below. For an evening out, Tsoukalades has a choice of tavernas, or you could head for the relatively bright lights of Lefkada Town, around 20 minutes by car.

Good to know... This villa is not suitable for children under 6 due to the uneven terrain and some exposed drops around the property.
