This charming villa, with its numerous shaded terraces and large infinity pool, has a wonderful view of the sea, the island of Panagia, distant Corfu and the mountains of mainland Greece. Flora is an ideal venue for a group of friends or multi-generation party, with a cosy studio guest cottage in the grounds, and an additional small apartment below the main villa available from mid-June to early September. Adjacent to the pool is an elevated dining terrace with full barbecue facilities enjoying the same impressive views across the pool to the sea. For those who wish to escape, there are several quiet corners to read and relax whilst the amenities and activities of Gaios are a mere 25-minute stroll or 5-minute drive.
Whilst maintaining its own independence and privacy, Villa Flora can be rented along with The Stone House and The Artist's House to provide a spacious venue for an extended family gathering or a group of friends.
Good to know: Villa Flora is available as a 4-bedroom property sleeping up to 8 during the main summer season, from 9 June to 8 September 2024, and as a 3 bedroom property sleeping up to 6 for all other dates.

Great service from Simpson Travel from initial holiday inquiry, through to booking and making changes to the holiday, and then finally arriving in Paxos. All the staff at all the stages were helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. When there was a problem with the return ferry, this was fixed seamlessly without any issue for us, making the whole thing less stressful. Not so much for those who weren't with Simpson Travel and who had a nightmare rebooking a ferry. Frances at Paxos Port should get a medal. Chris our concierge was easy to get hold of and super helpful organising a taxi and providing advice on activities etc.
Villa Flora, is a beautiful villa, in an excellent hilltop position, amazing views. Rustic, but beautifully cared for with comfortable and pretty interior furniture. Lovely outside eating, reading and relaxing areas. Perfect for those wanting a family holiday with great communal space alongside independent accommodation. Pool beautiful, House x3 weekly deep clean by Eleni, very special. Would recommend this Villa. Watch out there really is no WI-FI so we took a dongle which worked well.
A wonderful stay in beautiful Paxos. We loved the Paxos Beach Hotel and had a wonderful boat trip. So many lovely coves to swim in. Also, really enjoyed the beaches at Loggos. Thank you.

Villa Flora was a perfect villa for us and our three children (in their 20s) offering plenty of space so that we all got our space! All the rooms are large, with their own shower rooms and we offered our girls the main house, my son the studio and we had our own little annexe...perfect! The view over the coast is spectacular...the sun rises at about 8.20am, so I always had breakfast in the same spot (just me as everyone else was asleep!). And then a quick dip in the pool and onto my sun lounger and its only 9am! 15-minute walk to Gaios, 3-minutes to The Paxos Beach Hotel and a 30-minute walk to the bars at Mongonisi...What's not to like?

Villa Flora – superb location, amazing outdoor space and an extremely comfortable villa. Whilst the interior of this villa is lovely, it’s the outdoor space and pool area that gives it five stars. Pool is beautiful in size and the views added to two stunning dining areas, both with unbelievable views. It’s only a 5-minute drive from Gaios, so enjoying the lovely harbour is so easy. Will be back.
A fabulous villa for a family with adult children. It gave us all the opportunity to have our own space. The situation, view and pool area were all perfect. A beautiful island and so easy to explore.

Been to Paxos many times, but this is by far one of the best villas we have stayed in. It has a lovely view of the mountains and also watching the beautiful yachts coming into Paxos. Had a wonderful time at Villa Flora – wonderful view and lovely relaxing outside space. Paxos is probably the most beautiful place we have travelled to. All the little beaches along the coastline are gorgeous – renting a boat is a definite must! The restaurants are all lovely and welcoming – if you fancy a night in, the takeaway pizza at Il Primo in Gaios is yummy! Simon was so helpful and we appreciated him checking on us. Lakka and Loggos are smaller villages and it’s nice to get away and spend a quiet night there. People and boat watching over a drink at the harbour is wonderful. Thank you again for a lovely holiday.

We enjoyed our holiday immensely – the villa was glorious and so was the weather on lovely Paxos. I must say that I think your representatives are superb – present when and where you need them, friendly, helpful and very efficient. The whole thing was seamless.
Villa Flora in Paxos was a beautiful villa with wonderful views and outside terrace for barbecue-ing, entertaining, sunbathing and shade. Separate accommodation for teenagers was welcome. All beds were comfortable and air conditioning effective. Pool was beautiful and clean. Excellent tavernas nearby and a 15-minute walk to Gaios. Would highly recommend Simpson Travel.
