This superb two-bedroom villa offers outstanding views of the west coast of Paxos with Anti Paxos shimmering in the distance and is in a wonderful position for walkers.
Built to the highest possible specification, the villa is light and airy, stylishly furnished, and ideal for those who appreciate the finer points of summer living. There are a number of olive trees around the property plus a variety of shrubs and plants.
Villa Asteri and Villa Kalithea are positioned on the same hillside and whilst maintaining independence and privacy, they can be rented together to provide a spacious venue for an extended family gathering or a group of friends.

The villa was exactly as we imagined it to be- excellent accommodation, excellent pool, beautiful view out to sea, not overlooked from road or by other properties. Good local tavernas. Most impressive was the assistance of Simpson staff when one of our party suffered a medical emergency. This involved mobilising the medical services on the island with the swift provision of the island's only ambulance, a private water taxi to Corfu and onward travel to Corfu Hospital where a surgical procedure was required with an overnight stay. Our fellow traveller's husband was put up in a Simpson Hotel and Simpsons booked an alternative return flight for both patient and husband with the requisite extra seat. Lili and Frances in Paxos and Bev in Corfu performed over and above the call of duty and for this we are extremely grateful.We shall , without doubt travel with Simpson Travel again in the future.
What a beautiful, relaxing island. We love this villa for its private quiet location and stunning views, especially of Anti-Paxos in the afternoon and evening.
Another fantastic and relaxing holiday in Paxos via Simpson Travel and our 2nd time staying in Villa Asteri. Its location and views - especially in the evening over to Anti Paxos - are excellent and it is so quiet. Brilliant pool and very comfortable accommodation. As ever, Frances (Paxos Operation Manager) and Lilly were outstanding, not least in speedily sorting a few teething problems with the villa and a flat battery on the hire car (given it was the beginning of the season). But then that is one of the reasons why Simpson Travel has such a good reputation in the travel industry and why we book with them regularly!
We loved Villa Asteri and its location on a high spot in the middle of the island. The property is well equipped and spacious. The local team of Stuart and Leona could not have been more helpful, without ever being intrusive.
This was our seventh holiday with Simpson Travel. They have all been very good indeed. The location, the villa, the pool and the overall experience in Paxos this year were all first class. Frances and Leona were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Leona came to the villa a couple of times and we were very grateful for all her tips and suggestions about the island, its beaches and its restaurants and for her enthusiasm about Paxos. We had a great time and there is lot of the island that we still have to see. Thank you for another excellent holiday.
One week wasn’t enough to enjoy all the delights of this fabulous island. However, we made a good effort and going home for a rest! Our rep, Leona, has some great tips and ideas for eating out and visiting the hidden gems on the island. Plenty of places to eat. Would we return? Without a doubt!!!

A fabulous two weeks in Paxos – the first week at Erimitis Bay House with family and the second week at Asteri. Very well looked after by Leona and Stu for both! Glorious weather, accommodation and much relaxation. We’re already looking forward to returning.
We couldn't recommend Simpson Travel more highly. Their staff are the best anywhere, nothing is too much trouble and their properties completely live up to the descriptions. We are beginning to conclude that if Simpson Travel don't go there, then neither will we.
Villa Asteri enjoys an excellent location with fabulous views out to sea and to Anti Paxos. It is very well situated for getting to all parts of this lovely island and near to Magazia, which has some very good tavernas and a fabulous bakery. Another great, relaxing holiday with Simpson Travel.
Once again, a perfect holiday from start to finish. The quality of the accommodation, the service levels of all Simpson Travel staff both in the Head Office and in resort as well as the sheer beauty of Paxos ensured we had a truly fantastic time. We will be back, having booked for 2019 already!
This is our first visit to Paxos and our first to the Greek Islands for 30 years. We will be back, having totally fallen in love with everything. Firstly, the villa, so well located – privacy, views, walking. Being in the 'middlish' makes everywhere more accessible on foot. The car has hardly left the driveway! Simpson Travel has thought of everything – their welcome provisions – easy meal/breakfast/wine – was much appreciated. The pool is immaculate and was much appreciated and regular visits from the maid ensured we had a pristine refuge at all times. The villa had everything we needed, including good air conditioning in the bedroom. Steph was so lovely – her briefing was really, really useful, particularly for walks and restaurants to try. Despite being here for two weeks we have still not used the barbecue but intend to (as so many other things) on our next visit. Overall, we had the most fabulous time and there is still so much we have not done, e.g. hiring a boat, walks on the NE side, and loads of wonderful restaurants unsampled. As Arnie said, "We'll be back".
We've loved our second week in Paxos at Asteri – the incomparable peace, the sparking blue sea and the wonderful emerald green pool. This is our second time we have had the fortune to travel with Simpson Travel who have looked after us immaculately from start to finish. Julie and Steph have been absolute stars – nothing has been too much trouble. Why would we travel with anyone else for this kind of holiday? Most of this week has been spent lazing by the pool.
Our family group of four stayed on the delightful island of Paxos in a lovely villa courtesy of Simpson Travel. The villa was excellent, well positioned and comfortable with a beautiful pool overlooking a stunning view across the sea. Simpson delivered a seamless service from the moment we arrived at Heathrow and managed a high level of organisation without being bossy, even picking up the hire car was a dream. The groundwork was laid for a terrific holiday and we will definitely be back!
