Space is something we’ve all come to value very much in recent years, and this characterful, handsome villa has all the run-around room you could possibly want for energetic youngsters. It’s also completely and blissfully private, set in a 15,000m2 plot enclosed by hedges and stone walls and all entirely yours to enjoy.
With big grassy play spaces, table tennis on the terrace and an immaculate pool, the villa is both family-friendly and very versatile thanks to a great location close to Pollensa. A 20-minute walk takes you to its charming squares and wide choice of quality restaurants where you’ll find genuinely local cuisine with an imaginative contemporary twist. If you have little ones and prefer to eat in, there’s lots to inspire in the town’s delis, wine merchants and weekly market, plus a handy covered barbecue area back at base. There’s everything you need here to turn meal prep into a pleasantly sociable occasion, made even better with a local Forastera craft beer or a bottle of red from Binissalem. And despite the very convenient location, the surroundings are beautifully rural, with palm and olive trees creating that classic holiday feeling that’s irresistibly relaxing, whether it’s your first Mallorcan adventure or your 40th. As evening falls you can watch the setting sun bathing the Tramuntana mountains in soft pinks and golds, nature’s very own mood lighting for dinner on the terrace.
With four bedrooms, this is an ideal choice for a family party looking for a spacious, hassle-free holiday base within easy reach of beaches, be it the pretty Blue-Flag coves of Cala San Vicente, or the wide sandy sweep of Pollensa bay. What a wonderful week! Lots of trips out – Pollença market was fantastic. The location of the house has meant it’s been very easy to get everywhere either on foot or in the car.
Really lovely villa in a great location with fabulous views. Nice touch with the pool towels. Good facilities, but not full WiFi. A little shabby chic adds to the rustic charm.
