Polithea is an absolute cracker of a villa, newly built, beautifully equipped and splendidly located. The sea views are superb, and you can walk easily into nearby Skopelos Town for coffee, shopping, dinner or whatever else your holiday heart desires.
Smaller villas with the luxury of a private pool can be hard to find, but this lovely new property is perfectly sized for two. If you’re thinking honeymoon, then Villa Polithea is a definite contender: it’s elegantly decorated, the view are amazing and what could be more romantic than waking up and stepping straight from bed to terrace to pool in just a few paces? The location and layout mean it’s also a great choice for a family with teenagers, who can get themselves to and from the beach and town with ease, no driver required.
The villa has been designed with the living room on the upper floor to take advantage of the views, with a dining terrace for when you feel like eating in. You could spend all day here watching the boats come and go in the bay and the play of light over the opposite headland – all the magic of Skopelos distilled into one mesmerising view.
