This super stylish new villa is part of a small, gated community, located high above Skopelos Town for the most mesmerising views. There are just five luxury villas in total on this magnificent site, each with their own swimming pool and immaculately landscaped garden, assuring high levels of privacy to go along with the stunning panorama over the harbour and the sea. We’re delighted to have secured the two best villas here for Simpson Travel: Kohili View and Kohili Hill.

With the living and dining areas at the top of the house and the bedrooms at pool/garden level, Kohili View is more reminiscent of a top-spec modern townhouse than a traditional holiday villa in its style and layout. It’s a beautifully indulgent place for a honeymoon or perhaps a smaller family, with the luxury finish of a boutique hotel complemented by the extra facilities and privacy of a villa. There’s loads of room for soaking up the sun around your own swimming pool, plus two additional shaded terraces where you can retreat from the heat or enjoy a secluded dinner as the sun sets over Skopelos and the lights start to twinkle in the harbour below. And when you feel like eating out instead, the narrow streets, traditional tavernas and more contemporary Greek restaurants of Skopelos Chora are just a few minutes way by car.
