The spacious open plan living area is well appointed; pale décor complemented by natural stone floors and wooden fittings creating a harmonious sense of relaxation which extends into the villa’s two comfortable en-suite bedrooms.
Outside there are several very appealing (dare we say decadent) options for lounging by the pool and the shaded dining terrace is as lovely a spot as you could hope to find for lazy lunches, sunset drinks and dinner under the stars.
And then there’s the location, just over 10 minutes’ walk down to Zavia Beach, or Sivota where you’ll find a good selection of waterfront tavernas, shops and bars. Adventurers will find plenty to do in the both the local area and wider Epirus region too; hire a boat and explore the coast, take a day trip to Parga, head across the water to Paxos or venture inland and discover the slate villages of Zagoria or the vast Vikos natural park. The beautiful villa and stunning views speak for themselves. Brilliant weather, wonderful restaurants and cafés and superb Simpson staff made for a really lovely holiday. A boat trip to Paxos was great value and much enjoyed. Sivota is most welcoming and it would be hard not to have a return visit with Simpson. Thank you. No-one could fail to love this place.
This was my first experience with Simpson's and I was singularly impressed from start to finish. Holly at the central office was truly excellent and recommended Villa Anthilia which really lived up the information given by her. On arrival my 12 year old metal hip replacement gave me problems and I had to be transferred by wheelchair from the aircraft to the Terminal. Rania Mazi, your rep, met us and guided us through arrival and car hire but then booked a Greek doctor to investigate pain. He and she arrived at the Villa that evening and then next morning it was evident that an Xray was needed. This required a taxi and Rania accompanied me to the Regional Hospital and stayed with for 6 hrs while the process was completed. She kept in touch and then arranged a wheelchair and Ambi-lift at both airports for the return journey. This was an outstanding service, effective, efficient and genuine care. I am most indebted for her support, guidance and empathy. We absolutely loved our holiday, despite my injury having the potential to ruin this much needed break. I have travelled widely and this was, unquestionably, a brilliant experience with Simpson's; the booking, villa quality, location, service and support was top drawer. Huge thanks to the whole team but Rania Mazi must be singled out as providing support way beyond what might have been expected. Thank you Simpson's for a superb experience. We will certainly be back.
