In a magnificent seafront setting close to the charming village of Mochlos, Kalloni and neighbouring Melitina are without question the finest villas in our Crete portfolio. There’s an exhilarating sense of freedom as you leave the well-trodden path behind and descend towards Mochlos. And though not widely publicised, it attracts those in the know again and again, eager to enjoy its tantalising blend of old-school charm and first-class hospitality.
Kalloni sits in immaculate landscaped gardens leading down towards the sea, with areas of lawn and several spacious terraces for stretching out and drinking in the vista. Though there’s no direct sea access, it affords all the other privileges of its waterfront position; uninterrupted views across the water and the soothing sound of the waves as they break on the rocks beneath. Offering all the space and comfort you could wish for, interiors are stylishly furnished and make use of beautiful natural materials, with modern touches reflecting the owners’ impeccable eye for detail. Three en-suite bedrooms are furnished with comfy beds and luxury linens and to further enhance relaxation, the lower ground floor comes complete with private sauna and gym.
