Luxury at this estate comes in the form of space: the house is spread over three floors, with an additional separate guest cottage, offering accommodation for up to 16 in total. It’s a dream destination for a celebration, with impressive entertaining rooms and a flexible bedroom layout to accommodate all your guests in great comfort. An immaculate infinity pool beckons for lazy sunshine days, or if your group is a little more competitive, there’s a Davis Cup-sized tennis court at your disposal, plus billiards for hot afternoons or adult time once the younger ones are in bed. Follow the steps cut into the rocks at the bottom of the garden and you’ll come to a wooden sun bathing platform with loungers and – for confident swimmers – direct sea access into the indigo waters below. There is even a tiny private chapel within the grounds, which can be used for weddings.
As befits a villa of this calibre, the house is fully serviced, with a host of optional extras available, including tennis or swimming lessons and a Cordon Bleu chef. For dining out and local excursions, sought-after Elounda is a 10-minute drive to the north, along with a good mix of sand and pebble beaches a similar distance away.
