This Simpson Secret has the spirit of the outdoors, the villa having been designed to maximise views, light and the sight and sound of the sea. From its uncluttered interior, decorated in the blues and greens of the sea and the gardens, handsome terracotta tiles continue straight out on to the terrace with its wonderful views. A barbecue provides the opportunity to cook as well as eat outdoors in this idyllic spot and one of the joys of staying here is that a little path descends to a sand and pebble beach only 30 metres below the terrace.

We flew in with Storm Daniel, so not the greatest of starts. However, we have had a great week. Villa, pool and view – superb! Found access to the pool a little difficult but solved problem by using step ladder! Bed so comfortable it’s a miracle I’m not still in it! Beautiful place, beautiful people.
We have enjoyed staying in this beautiful villa and using it as a base to travel to Parga, Lefkada, Sivota and Kanallaki. We have thoroughly enjoyed waking up and watching the acrobatic dancing of the swallows, so many! The sunsets will last in our memories for years to come.
We’ve enjoyed our first visit to the mainland after several island holidays and hope to be back in this lovely location soon. The villa is great, we especially enjoyed the wildlife, swallows and house martins by day and bats by night. We followed previous visitor’s recommendations for tavernas and not been disappointed, the fresh fish really is very good. There are lots of things to do and see if you want – we did like the old olive oil factory in Parga, short but very informative and changed our minds about cooking with olive oil – extra virgin from now on! Thanks to Herm for making us welcome.
This villa is just lovely – sunsets, swifts, and crickets. Our favourite outing was the Acheron river and springs, walking in the cool water was perfect in the heat. We went river rafting and did the zip wire. Both excellent. Sivota is lovely and lunchtime dining watching the boats come and go was lovely.
Thank you to the owners of this beautiful villa for letting us share it for a week, but I just can’t understand why he won’t sell it to us! It’s so well appointed. Off for a week in Paxos, but think I’d have rather stayed here.
After a very indulgent holiday of a week in Meganissi and one here, we must sadly head home. What a beautiful, peaceful place this is! We have thoroughly enjoyed the aerobatics of the swallows over the pool and breakfast overlooking the calm blue-green sea. Thank you to all involved at Simpson Travel. Perfect.

Our third visit to this wonderful serene villa and one we have been looking forward to for a long time. Still enjoyed the panoramic views, ever changing weather and of course stunning sunsets. The swallows visited once again and the fish were still there hiding in the crevices of the rocks for us to discover whilst snorkelling. Looking forward to our next visit already.
The final week at the wonderful Simpson Secret was the perfect way to complete our holiday. Another fabulous villa, very private with beautiful views, and an excellent base for visits inland. We loved the pool and the beach at the end of the garden, plus the benefit of easy walking distance to a number of tavernas. A holiday we’ll remember for the sunsets and the feeling that Epiros has retained its Greek identity and still is “the road less travelled”.
The pool, the view and the privacy really do make this place special.

We had a wonderful week split between Lygia and Sivota. Simpson handled it all brilliantly, and Rania, the local concierge was outstanding. Both villas, Simpson Secret – Epiros Coast and Villa Loukas, fully lived up to their billing. In Sivota I would particularly recommend the 'Blue Coast' restaurant, a tip from Rania, and in Lygia there are two excellent fish restaurants, Skaloka and Simos, and we found a good 'meat restaurant' (for a bit of variety) just down the road in the opposite direction at Acrogiali, associated with a decent shop and a quiet camp site. I should also mention how well the car hire was arranged, with someone holding a board to meet us at the airport, and similarly there to find us on our return. Good car.
We have travelled with Simpson on several occasions, staying in beautiful villas in the Greek Islands and Turkey. They offer a wonderful selection of properties and there is always someone on the team who has had first-hand experience of the area and the villa to help you make up your mind. We have just returned from a trip to Lygia and Sivota. Super villas and beautiful locations, so good that we extended our holiday whilst we were out there. But what really sets Simpson apart from the crowd is the superb customer service that they deliver. From start to finish the Simpson team are professional, helpful, and friendly, without being intrusive and they really go the extra mile to make your holiday special. Our local contact this year was Rania, a true asset to Simpson. Nothing was too much trouble for Rania, she was simply amazing. She personalised our welcome pack to include gluten-free options and fresh coffee rather than instant and when I struggled to organise a supermarket food delivery (as I didn't have a local Greek mobile number) that wasn't a problem, Rania offered to do our shopping for us. Quite simply she removed any stress and helped to make it a wonderful, peaceful and relaxed holiday. We highly recommend Simpson Travel and are sure you will do too once you've sampled what they have on offer.

A fantastic two weeks at this very quiet and peaceful place. Marcia, Blanche and the owner, Tam, are lovely as are the people of Skopelos – very friendly and willing to talk to you.
We had a fabulous time – it was perfect and met our expectations completely. We were left alone to enjoy our holiday in peace with staff only coming twice a week at a pre-arranged time. The people who owned the villa were lovely and met us when we arrived even though we were over three hours late. Views from the property were spectacular – it was incredibly peaceful and the whole area was totally unspoilt. We had the best time.
This Simpson Secret was all we hoped it would be. It has a lovely location with superb views. It is magnificently maintained, both in the villa, the gardens and the pool. Yet again, Simpson Travel has come up trumps.

Fabulous villa, own pool and our local beach was private and quiet. Local tavernas had lovely fresh fish. We watched the swallows bathing and diving in our pool, even when I was in it. Wi-fi was superb no problems at all. Hope to return again.
This Simpson Secret is sublime due to the grounds and the situation – the privacy is wonderful, the location superb and the views marvellous – it is the ideal get-away-from-it-all villa – we spent more time by the pool than we ever have before. The place itself is not a resort – it is a lovely sandy beach with a few tavernas and the menus are all a bit limited – however, with Ammoudia just up the road (20 minutes) has a better choice of food and for the full Greek food choices Parga is only 40 minutes away. The Northern Pindos National Park is a 2-hour drive and is well worth a day out to see the Vikos Gorge and the wonderful villages around it. Overall, a wonderful holiday!
We had another fantastic holiday with Simpson Travel's help! The villa was as lovely as we remembered from a previous visit so we were able to totally relax and recharge our batteries. A trip up the Acheron river by boat to the Acheron Springs was an unexpected delight and well worth the drive. We visited relations staying on Lefkada which was an interesting and varied trip across the flat marshlands between the mainland and the island. Nidri provided us with a lively evening and an excellent meal. The best part of the holiday though was just mooching round the pool and the local beach, eating out in tavernas nearby and enjoying spectacular sunsets. Hard to beat that.

A really brilliant experience from booking to returning home. "The road less travelled" proved to be a lovely villa on a beautiful headland over an almost empty beach with crystalline waters...perfect. Exceptional service on arrival and overall highly recommended. Not cheap but quality speaks for itself.

What an utter joy it was to arrive on Sunday, 1st June. This peaceful, beautiful villa was just perfect for a two-week holiday relaxing in the sun and visiting a number of stunning places and beauty spots.

This Simpson Secret on the Epiros coast proved to be an excellent destination. The setting was idyllic and very private and secure. The owner and his son were most welcoming. We would not hesitate to return.
