If you enjoy exploring on foot, access to Carvoeiro’s boardwalk is practically on the doorstep. This much-loved coastal path meanders along dramatic cliffs to Algar Seco and joins the spectacular 6km ‘Seven Hanging Valleys’ trail, stretching from Centianes Beach to beautiful Praia da Marinha, one of the most photogenic beaches on this whole wonderful coast.
The spacious living and dining area opens directly onto the pool terrace, with sun loungers and an inviting outdoor dining/barbecue area. There are two bedrooms on this ground level, which also open out onto the pool terrace. Upstairs, the master suite features another large, private terrace with ocean views and elegant seating beneath a retractable awning – a wonderful spot for morning coffee or a sunset aperitif. Just a few minutes’ walk away lies the lively heart of Carvoeiro, with its plentiful restaurants, bars and shops. There are boat trips available directly from the beach in the summer season, making it even easier to go car-free and still be able to enjoy some of Portugal’s most spectacular coastal scenery.
