We love the traditional farmhouse-y feel and the smattering of local antiques and artworks that lend real character and individuality, all personally overseen by the owners who take enormous pride in their handsome home. There’s a great mix of social spaces, so you can all enjoy time together in the lounge or on the terrace, or retreat to the cosy reading room which overlooks a large garden pond. The villa has two doubles and two twins, perfect for families or perhaps a multi-generation group.
And talking of space, the garden is huge! The generously-sized 12-metre saltwater pool is surrounded by lawns that stretch all the way down to the boundary of the property, giving lots of room for garden games. Inside and out, this is an enchanting spot for lazy pool days and fun family evenings, whether you end up singing your hearts out around the piano or potting a few balls on the garden billiards table.
Moliner is conveniently located between Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa, both full of fabulous places to eat, and if you somehow manage to exhaust those possibilities, Alcúdia Old Town is equally close and well worth an evening visit to walk along its old city walls as the sun sets on another delightful day.
