Accommodating up to 4 guests, the villa has two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, so it works well for either a smaller family or one or two couples looking to have their own private place and pool. The real highlight here is the wonderful garden, which is lovingly tended and filled with ornamental grasses, flowering shrubs and sub-tropical palms. It’s also quite a bit larger than you’d expect for a two-bedroom villa, with shade sails creating a lovely spot to eat out of the glare of the sun, table tennis and a built-in barbecue for effortless family meals. The single-storey layout makes this a good choice if you need to keep your kids close at night whilst still having their own room, or for anyone unable to cope with a lots of stairs.
Pollensa town is a mere 800m away, filled with just the right selection of shops and restaurants to make you want to come back night after night. The central square is the main hub of activity, but it’s worth exploring the many side streets that lead off it for an even wider choice. Sunday is market day – an unmissable morning’s fun whether you’re a buyer or just a browser, with plenty of authentic local produce as well as the usual bargains of more dubious pedigree! It’s just moments in the car to get here, and if you prefer to walk we recommend avoiding the road and taking a back route that will bring you over the hill into town in about 15 minutes. For beach days, Puerto Pollensa is a ten-minute drive.
