La Rafal den Toni is really well located near historic Pollença Town, packed with delis, small bars and dozens of restaurants offering everything from trendy poke bowls to traditional island cuisine in its delightful maze of narrow streets and squares. And while all of this is just a 5-minute drive away, your villa still offers plenty of private space, set in its own extensive, fenced garden with wide open views to the Serra de Tramuntana. Light, bright and sparkling white both inside and out, the house is simply styled with minimum clutter and maximum space so you can spread out, relax and take time to enjoy the lovely mountain panoramas.

The two-bedroom, single-storey layout works well for a couple or a young family looking for a rural-feeling base that’s still within easy reach of the beach, located equidistant from both Puerto Pollença and Cala San Viçente. With a long wide stretch of sand at the former and a string of cute little coves at the latter, you’re spoilt for beach choice within just a 10-minute drive. If you’re looking for roads a little less travelled, it’s definitely worth a short drive (or bike ride) around the beautiful Campanet Valley, with a coffee or lunch stop in Selva, Caimari or Búger, timeless villages where you can eat with the locals and enjoy the pleasantly gentle pace of life.
