The owners worked with a renowned local architect to make the most of the generous plot and sea view, creating an imposing, multi-level villa, thoughtfully laid out so you can enjoy all its wonderful indoor and outdoor space to the full.
With two master suites and two further twins, this is an excellent choice for a small golfing party, two families or a multi-generation group. The bedrooms are beautiful, with over-height ceilings to lend a sense of occasion to the living area if you’ve got something to celebrate. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped for self-catering, complete with dedicated wine fridges and every utensil you could ever need. You can dine in style either inside or out, and if you want time to yourself you’ll find it at one of the three individual seating spots around the villa and in the garden. The literal high point is the huge first floor terrace, the perfect spot to get the whole party together whether you feel like coffee, cards or pre-dinner cocktails with a sea view.
The gardens are very well kept, with a pétanque court for a bit of gently competitive entertainment. Best of all, Centianes beach is just 1.5km away, with a selection of restaurants even closer, and Carvoeiro resort centre is just over 2km. You’ll want to use the car if you’ve brought the golf clubs, but for dining out and days at the beach, it’s very easy to get around without having to drive if you prefer not to.

Portuguese cuisine is in our view one of the most underrated in Europe, so prepare to be deliciously surprised by fresh fish, hearty stews, sweet pastries and of course, world-renowned wines: saúde!
