The villa has been lovingly maintained and improved over the years, creating a spacious, characterful house that combines Algarve country charm and contemporary comfort in equal measure.
All on one level - great for the grandparents - the villa’s layout is both practical and inviting. The main living space is all open plan, and opens on a pool terrace with a dining table and handy barbecue kitchen. There are lawned sections for the kids to play on, plus table football when you need to get them inside and away from the sun for a little while. You can easily spend all day here at Quinta dos Avós, enjoying the sunshine or the shade on the verandah, with privacy assured thanks to the large, mature gardens filled with carob trees, flowering shrubs and swaying palms.
Nestled in the tranquil hills just above Boliqueime, you’re set back from the bustle of the Algarve resort towns, whilst still having easy access to beaches, shops and restaurants. The centre of Boliqueime is under five minutes away by car, and has several restaurants and cafés. For beaches and more of a resort buzz, Vilamoura marina and beach are under 20 minutes’ drive.
