NEW FOR 2026
Tucked away in a peaceful residential area, this charming villa was once a rather grand private residence, giving it a touch more character than most purpose-built properties, plus a very privileged position close to Skopelos Town.
The villa has been fully modernised with air-con and contemporary bathrooms, whilst retaining some of the original beamed ceilings, fireplaces and a scattering of local antiques for a classic, timeless feel. The layout is a little quirky as you might expect in an older town house, but you’ll find plenty of space to get together in the main living/dining area, which opens onto our favourite part of Thalassa Vista: a beautifully secluded walled garden filled with mature Mediterranean trees and plants, with a sparkling pool at its centre. The garden is a delightfully lush sanctuary where you can find both sun and shade through the day, offering enviable privacy in such a prized location. There’s room for outdoor dining here, and the pool is attractively lit at night for extra atmosphere in your own secret garden. And when you want to see the sea, the views from the first-floor master suite, with its own large balcony and living area, are absolutely wonderful.
It’s entirely possible to enjoy Thalassa Vista without using the car all week, with shops, traditional tavernas and more contemporary restaurants all within a five-minute downhill walk to the port. Skopelos is a true natural beauty however, so it’s well worth spending a day or two out and about discovering its captivating coastline of secluded coves and family-friendly beaches, all at the unhurried pace that makes Skopelos such a special place to be.
Good to know:
This villa will be upgraded for summer 2026. Improvements will include new outdoor furniture for the garden and pool terrace, plus upgraded bedlinen and pillows.

The Chora and port are packed with tavernas, restaurants and speciality shops, offering just enough to keep things interesting without being over-developed. Here, as elsewhere on the island, you can spot fragments of Ottoman and Venetian heritage in monasteries and churches, or simply sit down on the waterfront in the sunshine and watch the world go gently by.
