We thoroughly enjoyed our week at La Sort de la Font. The gardens and pool were stunningly beautiful and it was glorious sitting outside at breakfast listening to the birdsong. It was an easy walk into Pollensa town every morning for coffee and again in the evening for a meal. We enjoyed sitting in the square watching the world go by and eating at the various restaurants. The villa is a little quirky and amazingly well equipped with plenty of kitchen crockery and utensils, a table tennis table and a box of garden games at your disposal. We were already staying in Mallorca before our stay at La Sort de la Font and Simpson seamlessly helped with our transfer to the villa. The local concierge, Amanda was very helpful with a small issue we had and was a great source of local knowledge.

We absolutely loved Le Sort de la Font- it exceeded our expectations. Very spacious garden and a beautiful swimming pool , with steps and long enough for some exercise and relaxing. The location was peaceful - far enough out of town to be quiet and we enjoyed wandering in in the evenings. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. A couple of very minor issues we quickly sorted by Amanda who was vey responsive.

Our second time at this villa and first time without a hired car. The location is perfect for buses and we travelled to Soller, Palma, Port of Pollenca & Alcudia very easily. We love the setting here — the mountain views, Maria de Puig lit at night and the stars from the rooftop terrace. Watching the kites, kestrels, booted eagles and black vultures from a sun lounger by the pool is such a treat. We hope to come back to this area next year!

We have enjoyed a lovely week in the villa. Beautiful setting and we loved the birds, especially the hoopoe and its noise. Ate out in Pollensa most evenings and each time was delicious. The Sunday market is worth a visit. Don't miss Alcudia, beautiful old town. The coast/mountain road to Valldemossa is stunning, just watch out for the cyclists.

Two wonderful weeks – fabulous weather, beautiful scenery and excellent food – all in this lovely old house. For really good authentic Mallorquin dishes to take away we recommend Bodega Calvari in Pollença Town. We had good meals too at La Brasseria at the end of the road and within a 10-minute walk too. Many visits to Porto Pollença – good beaches and interesting harbour. Could do with another couple of weeks!

A lovely villa, we will miss the mountains, fruit trees, sightings of the eagles and Jeremy, the tabby cat! We had a lovely relaxing two weeks exploring new territory for us, reading many books and enjoying the local cuisine. We had delicious meals at U Gallet, Fogoneu and El Giardino in Pollença main square. Graham was very helpful and kind, helping us book a fantastic boat trip and paddle boarding and bringing us a delicious cake on Lottie’s 17th birthday! Thank you. A wonderful relaxing week in a wonderful villa. We didn’t do much – being on the outskirts of Pollença and driving distance of Port de Pollença was enough to keep us amused as well as walking around the lanes gawping at the big villas. It makes for a pleasant stroll. Particularly love the huge day bed where you can relax and read out of the sun. Love the restaurants in town, so many to choose from. Hope to come back to Mallorca one day and explore more than we did this lazy, lovely week.

Our first holiday with Simpson and I’m sure it won’t be the last. The booking system, quick responses to our queries, the warm welcome from the reps at Palma airport when we arrived – all was so professional, helpful and friendly. We already knew this part of Mallorca well but we love coming back, especially to Pollença, a real favourite of ours. A few of the highlights this year included a day in Palma (travelling there and back by train from Sa Poble), the Boquer valley walk, the caves at Campanet (not far, very impressive and no crowds), Ermita de la Victoria, Arta, delightful Orient as well as another wander round the lovely old town of Alcúdia. And Sort de la Font is such an attractive finca in a beautiful setting, perfect for a relaxing holiday. We can’t wait till next year.

The villa was quirky and comfortable and the location fabulous – it felt rural and peaceful with lovely open views to the mountains but was within a 5-minute drive to beautiful Pollença and all its wonderful restaurants, cafés and sights. The welcome basket on our arrival contained everything and more that was needed to start off and was much appreciated. All the Simpson team Mallorca were first class from meeting at the airport to car hire and helpful Graham at the villa. A very comfortable, relaxing holiday in perfect surroundings in a beautiful part of Mallorca and our first experience of a Simpson holiday!

La Sort de la Font is a lovely, rustic villa in an excellent location. Situated in a quiet lane, the villa is extremely peaceful and yet it is a gentle 20-minute stroll into the centre of the charming, medieval village of Pollença, which has a great choice of restaurants. The villa is well-equipped, and the bathrooms are good. The terrace is perfect for dining and chilling, with attractive gardens and pool. We would definitely return.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sort de la Font. We have particularly enjoyed spending time in the pool and picking fruit from the garden – fresh peaches, limes and figs, etc. A few highlights from our holiday include: Cala Llombards – relatively small cove near Santanyi with beautifully clear water, a great beach bar and lots of places to jump off the rocks into the crystal clear sea. Caves at Camponet – only 20 minutes down the road and probably a lot less crowded than the other coves on the island. There's also a lovely terrace to enjoy a coffee with a view before your tour starts. Pine Walk at Puerto Pollença – it is a lovely pedestrianised road right on the beach. Es Trenc – a really long beach near Campos. It is really shallow and really clear. Thanks also to Graham, who was really friendly and always contactable. We will return to Mallorca very soon!

Amazing two weeks, sixth time in Mallorca and still full of surprises. Villa lovely, setting beautiful and great location. Very hot though touching 37C, August temperatures. Highlights for our family of five: walk into Pollença, Alcúdia Waterpark – expensive but the children loved it, breakfast in Puerto Pollença. All in all a great time and Graham at Simpson Travel could not do enough for us. The swimming pool was epic and all the walks had pretty views and whenever we went on a walk we always fed the donkey!

Beautiful villa in an excellent location. Within walking distance of our favourite town of Pollença and easy driving distances to all the sights and facilities of northern Mallorca. The nearby challenges were certainly appreciated by the keen cyclist in our group and the pool was well used by all our group from six months of age upwards.

Had a great week in this lovely private villa. Lots of relaxing sitting areas for all times of the day, in sun or shade. Very convenient for walking to the supermarket, restaurants and Pollença. Also enjoyed cycling in spectacular mountain scenery. Great beach at Muro especially for young children. Swam in the pool most days – chilly to begin with but worth the effort! Graham is a great asset to the villa, he was extremely welcoming, helpful and readily available, even noticed we were celebrating a birthday (thanks for that). We all loved it.
