The accommodation is spacious and relatively simple inside, decorated in seaside shades to match the amazing beach location, with all the mod cons you might want including air-con and a Smart TV. It’s the outside space that really takes this property up a league however, with a much larger garden than you’d usually expect in this location, carefully designed to fit seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. You can relax here all day listening to the whisper of the waves, stretched out in the shade of the ancient olive trees that are such a feature of the garden. A broad timber deck is perfectly angled to make the most of the direct sea view, complete with a barbecue and drinks fridge so you barely have to leave your lounger when you need a little refreshment. There’s a private pool too, and several different shaded seating and dining areas so you can always find your perfect spot throughout each blissful, beachside day.
The other absolute beauty of this wonderful house is its proximity to local services. There’s a beach taverna about 400 metres away open from June to September, with more dining choices on neighbouring Leftos Gialos beach which is just a few minutes by car. Patitiri town (ten minutes) is the place for your food shopping, and from there you can catch the local bus up to the superbly atmospheric old Chora, pleasantly alive with restaurants, small bars and speciality shops.

Transfers
- Skiathos airport to Skiathos port is a 5-minute journey by taxi or minibus.
- Waiting time at the port is between 1 and 3 hours depending on season and local schedules. There are cafés and tavernas at the port.
