The outdoor space at Oleander Luz is particularly well configured, with loungers around the pool, a gazebo for those who prefer to relax in the shade and a first floor terrace that looks out towards the western Algarve’s spectacular coastline and the sea. The heart of the property is its stylish outdoor kitchen with a large gas barbecue, lounge seating for your pre-dinner drinks and a dining table and chairs for the main event. If you feel like eating out instead, you’ll find a good selection of restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute walk, so no need for a designated driver and older kids have the option to come and go as they please.
The villa enjoys a quiet location in a residential area, with Luz and its beach about 3km away – five minutes in the car or about 30 minutes along the cliff path if you prefer to walk. Luz is a very family-friendly beach town, with easy access to fine, golden sand and an ever-growing variety of watersports on offer in its sheltered bay. To the west, also walkable in about an hour, is Burgau, more of a village than a resort, blessed with a long sandy beach and a tempting range of restaurants.

Algarve holidays promise a wealth of different experiences and landscapes, whether you choose a private villa or a hotel as your base.
