Summer 2026 was an incredible year for European travel as holiday makers turned away from some of the more controversial long-haul destinations, and sweltering weather in the UK made air-conditioned villas and private swimming pools even more appealing. Another interesting stat is the fact that June and September are now pretty much as popular as the traditional peak season period in July and August. Current bookings suggest this formula will repeat for 2027, and some of our villas are already more than 70% booked for next year. So now is the time to get ahead, book that summer 2027 villa holiday and enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done.

Get exactly what you want
The vast majority of our villas are one-offs: unique, privately-owned and lovingly cared for. Which is wonderful, right up until somebody else books the one you’ve been mentally lounging beside the pool at.

Time to plan
Multi-generation holidays are becoming more and more popular, which means our big villas and villa clusters are in high demand. Given the additional planning that comes with getting a group together, these villas are the first to be booked, so it pays to think well ahead.
Low deposit lets you spread the cost
Holidays are a big investment, and by booking early you can spread that cost a little. Confirm your choice by the end of this year and you’ll secure your holiday for just a 15% deposit. Leave it to a few weeks before, and the whole lot is due at once!
Cheaper flights
Airline prices are very reactive to supply and demand, and tend to see a sharp increase during and after the traditional holiday booking period of January in February. Get ahead of the game and avoid supplementary flight fees by booking early. If you choose our allocated British Airways and EasyJet flights, there is no flight deposit to pay as we have secured the seats on your behalf.
