NEW FOR 2026
After a couple of years’ absence, we’re very happy to bring back Bella Marina. Always a beautiful villa, this fantastic property has had a major glow-up in the meantime, and now merits a place in our luxury Signature collection.
The villa is located in the prestigious Marina di Fiori residential enclave near Porto Vecchio, which deserves its upmarket reputation by virtue of the spectacular views alone. You can take full advantage of this view from Bella Marina’s newly upgraded wooden sun deck, which wraps around the impressive new mirror pool. This is the latest advance on the infinity pool concept, where the water level aligns with the deck rather than flowing over on one side, creating a glass-smooth and highly reflective surface – brilliant for photos!
Inside, the makeover continues in the large living/dining area, which has been completely redesigned in elegant contemporary style, with lots of chunky wood and a relaxing palette of pale natural colours to complement the cool marble floors and the lovely views out over the pool to the sea. The new kitchen opens onto the terrace, where there’s also a really well-equipped barbecue area for stress-free family meals and effortless entertaining. Five en suite bedrooms complete the luxury package, perfect for a family celebration or a group of friends.
Your nearest town is fashionable Porto Vecchio, which bustles with cafes, restaurants and small shops; a meal in one of the restaurants built into the old citadel walls looking out to sea is an experience not to be missed, and your Simpson concierge will be happy to make recommendations and bookings for you. The little port at Marina di Fiori also has a small sandy beach, which you can walk to in around 10 minutes, whilst the stunning turquoise bays of Palombaggia and Santa Giulia are easily reachable by car.
