Roughly translated into English, Casa Chula means Casa Cutie, which we think is a perfect description for such a charming little townhouse, tucked away in old Pollença with views across the rooftops to the Puig de Maria.

From the stylish wooden pool deck to the sunny roof-level terrace, Casa Chula is tastefully finished throughout, easily romantic enough for a special occasion, and a much more imaginative choice than the typical honeymoon hotel room. With a two-bedroom/two-bathroom layout, the house would also work well for two couples or perhaps an indulgent girls’ week away, with bars, boutiques and a bewildering array of restaurants all within a gentle stroll.

The medieval cobbled streets of the old town are not best suited to cars, so your stay here includes effortless private transfers directly from the airport. The whole of Pollença town is easily accessible on foot; for beaches you can take one of the plentiful and inexpensive local taxis, or hop on the bus that takes you to both Puerto Pollença and Alcúdia. However you choose to spend your days, Casa Chula is an absolute gem.

Please be aware that lively fiestas take place in Pollença from 2-6 August, and the spectacular 'Davallament' procession takes place in the centre of the town on Good Friday.

We recommend that you select a flight that is scheduled to arrive in Palma no earlier than 12pm, as prior to this time there is nowhere to leave luggage. Likewise, the property must be vacated at 10am on your day of departure

We have used Simpson’s Travel many times and the standard of accommodation and customer service both in UK and in resort is always high. The townhouse is literally a 3-minute walk from the Calvary Steps and Placa Major, where you can find bars and restaurants. Despite this we didn’t hear a peep at night! The location of the villa is excellent – all bars and restaurants are within walking distance as are the supermarkets and bakeries. The courtyard at the rear of the villa is pleasant, slightly overlooked but fairly private. The beds and furniture throughout the villa are very comfortable and the kitchen is excellent and well-appointed with enough cutlery and crockery. We would recommend this villa to couples and families with children.
