Full Stack Developer (UK)
Full-Time
Hybrid working, 2/3 days in London (Richmond office)
The Role:
As a Full Stack Developer you will be working across all of the business systems; your role will begin by providing support and maintenance to meet the requirements of the various business departments, implementing bug fixes, minor enhancements. Once up to speed there will be the opportunity to contribute to more major development projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of front end and back end solutions to urgent business requirements
- Interfacing with business teams directly to provide day to day operational support and point of contact for live issues as well as ensuring their ability to use the business systems effectively
- Improving the quality of the codebase as you make changes, making sure such changes are documented and adhere to coding and QA standards
- Implementing automated unit testing for the software developed ideally with TDD/BDD
Work within the continuous integration environment to make sure hot fixes are pushed to production in a timely manner supported by the QA lead.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in implementing business process automation tools
- Full Stack development experience (ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, ReactJS, AngularJS, MS SQL Server)
- CMS experience e.g. with Umbraco
- Experience of structured testing and quality assurance approaches (e.g. Test Driven Development and Behaviour Driven Development)
- A positive and cooperative individual who will work effectively across departments and within a team
- A good communicator and able to manage and work with a variety of stakeholders and departments across the business
Desirable:
- At least, 2-3 years commercial experience
- Continuous Delivery skills, tools and techniques (e.g. Git, Github, Jenkins, Docker, Vagrant, Chef, Puppet, Selenium, etc.)
- Familiar with Azure cloud services & setting up/managing resources/deploying apps
- Capable of working with (and developing) multiple (REST) APIs documented with e.g. OpenAPI/swagger
- Other API messaging formats e.g. JSON, XML, SOAP

Customer Service Executive (Corfu)
Maternity Cover
01 December 2025 - 03 October 2026
Schedule: Part-time (Dec - Mar), Full-time (Mar - Oct)
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our Corfu office on a maternity cover contract. This role is central to maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and ensuring every guest feels heard, valued, and supported.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll handle customer feedback across all stages of the holiday experience, from pre-departure concerns to in-resort support and post-holiday follow-up. Working closely with both UK and overseas teams, you’ll help resolve issues swiftly and professionally, contributing to our high Net Promoter Score and long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest feedback via phone, email, and surveys
- Support overseas teams with in-resort issue resolution
- Manage online reviews (TripAdvisor, Trustpilot) and ABTA cases
- Administer and analyse customer feedback surveys
- Assist with reporting, compensation tracking, and guest communications
- Liaise on health & safety matters and personal injury claims
What You’ll Bring:
- The ability to learn fast an integrate with a new team
- Excellent communication skills and natural empathy
- Confidence in handling complaints and difficult conversations
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Good IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel if required
