This charming three-bedroom villa is big on country character, with stone walls the colour of sunset, exposed beams and cool tiled floors just right for long hot summers. The grounds are large and well maintained, inviting you to spend lazy days by the pool in blissful seclusion, with plenty of play space for little ones and nothing but birdsong to distract you from the serious business of unwinding in the sunshine. Perhaps most appealing of all is the location, quietly nestled in the beautiful Campanet Valley yet close to historic Pollensa, just a 15-minute drive away. This old town is the beating heart of the north, with a lively Sunday market and numerous cafes, delis and restaurants where you'll find an emphasis on quality local produce.
Mallorca is all about the beach of course, and the long stretch of sand at Puerto Pollensa is one of the island's finest and most family-friendly, backed by its famous Pine Walk. Here you'll find many more options for eating out or just sitting and watching the locals indulging in the time-honoured tradition of 'paseo' as the heat fades from the day and friends and families stroll out to exchange news and gossip. And as evening falls you can retreat with your own friends or family to the privacy of Ca'n Sion, a magical spot for a barbecue beneath the stars.

C’an Sion is an excellent holiday villa. It is remote, making a hire car essential, but this is exactly what my party wanted from the holiday.
We enjoyed our week at C'an Sion very much. The pool area and garden were lovely and very private, and provided a thoroughly relaxing setting. Sitting on the terrace in the evening the total silence was only interrupted by birdsong and the tinkling of goat bells as the local goats were herded up and down the nearby hill.
This is a lovely, quiet and well appointed villa. Outside is absolutely perfect. Great views, great pool, beautifully maintained garden and plenty of cover from the sun.
A lovely relaxing week at Can Sion, a beautiful peaceful spot. It was lovely listening to the birds and having some quiet time. A ten minute drive to Pollenca where we had some fabulous meals in the main square of the old town (Onze was our favourite). Amanda, our concierge, was lovely and even brought me a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday! A perfect spot if you want to get away from it all! Thank you Simpson Travel.
Our family holiday at Can Sion was enchanting. The spacious garden and driveway provided ample space for our twins to play. From the moment we arrived, the villa’s charm captivated us. Can Sion’s outdoor space, with its private pool, outdoor games and al fresco dining area, was a highlight. Although the villa was fairly remote it gave us the seclusion that we wanted. The cars were essential but local villages and towns were only a short drive away. Our time at Can Sion was magical, leaving us with cherished memories. For families seeking a perfect getaway in Mallorca, Can Sion is an ideal choice.
A relaxing week at C'an Sion. Weather started with beautiful sunshine then unfortunately changed to cold! Pollensa old town is lovely. Amanda was super-helpful, thank you!
Just spent two fabulous weeks at Ca'n Sion. Best market was at Sineu. Our concierge Amanda was helpful, charming and a total pro. Beware the cyclists who come at you from every angle! Back next year.

The Simpson Travel staff, Sonia and Sarah, were as helpful and proactive, as the villa was delightful.
It was a shame the weather did not match the beautiful house and surroundings, but we had a great time and even managed a couple of barbecues. Our second stay at Ca'n Sion. Such a delight. A peaceful location with only the bells of the sheep to break the silence. A true rural retreat with no airs and graces yet extremely comfortable. Loved that the fig tree was still going strong since our last visit in 2017. We will be back next year!

Fantastic experience with Simpson Travel and an amazing holiday at Ca’n Sion. The villa was stunning in a peaceful location, the outdoor space and gardens were lovely. Great proximity to Pollenca, Port de Pollenca and also Alcudia. The welcome pack was a wonderful surprise and was filled with lots of delicious goodies, and the childrens pack we requested was brilliant with everything you could need to make sure little ones are catered for and entertained. Will definitely be using Simpson Travel again.
A fantastic two weeks in Ca’n Sion, so peaceful and relaxing. Graham was so welcoming. It’s a great spot for exploring the local beaches. Go early to Formentor before it gets busy. You can hire a boat from Puerto Pollença and we enjoyed lots of delicious dinners in the Old Town. A wonderful holiday to Mallorca!
We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Ca'n Sion – the villa was everything we could have asked for. It has a fantastic pool and the kids enjoyed it so much. We had some wonderful days out. We visited Cap de Formentor – an amazing journey and well worth it. Alcúdia old town is beautiful and we had some fantastic meals there. Pollença is lovely and we had a gorgeous day in Sóller. I enjoyed our visit to Mallorca and Ca'n Sion. I would like to go with Simpson Travel again. I loved going out to dinner late and the trams were so much fun. We had a great stay at Ca’n Sion. There are some very nice beaches in the local area and a lovely swimming pool. It has been great fun at Ca’n Sion, I never want to leave.
Simpson Travel's organisation cannot be faulted – from the booking process, to the arrival procedure and car hire at the airport, through to the services of the local representative. Our villa, Ca'n Sion was a little jewel in an oasis of countryside tranquillity. The owner, Pepe, was also a joy to talk to when he came to maintain the property, as was Jauna, the cleaning lady, when she came to service the villa.
The villa is well located for those wishing peace and tranquillity but also wishing to explore the north of the island. There are some lovely restaurants in Pollença old town, a 15-minute drive from the villa, which caters for all tastes, including vegetarians. The market in Pollença is vibrant and well worth a visit, and also the market in Sineu for pottery and to stock up on fruit and vegetables.
Another seamless and relaxing holiday from Simpson Travel – met all expectations as usual. We will be back!
This was our first holiday using Simpson Travel. We booked our flights, car and villa all together. It was so easy! Our villa was even better than expected and included a substantial welcome pack. Ca'an Sion is a gem! We had the best holiday – quiet, peaceful location which recharged the batteries just off the beaten track but within easy reach of everything. Perfect setting – a beautiful villa in a picture-perfect setting. Loved hearing the sheep moving between the fields with the noise of their bells blending into the calm environment.

Wonderful villa with a fabulous pool set in beautiful countryside. Eating fresh figs picked straight from the tree for breakfast with nothing more to disturb the peace than the sound of sheep bells must be the definition of relaxation.
The villa is set in a beautiful, peaceful location enabling you to completely relax and unwind but is close enough to the town of Pollença and the coast to enable you to explore this corner of the island without having to drive too far.

Ca'n Sion is a beautiful old farmhouse which has been sympathetically updated with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The outside area with pool and covered barbecue and large garden is especially good. It is near to Pollença to enjoy all that it has to offer yet far enough to be quiet and peaceful and to enjoy the sound of the sheep bells. Just watch the bikes!
This was our second villa holiday with Simpson Travel – again we were really pleased with our choice. The owner and Alison from Simpson Travel were both lovely. We enjoyed a very, very lazy week. Our favourite thing was sitting outside after midnight, just watching the stars and a fantastic lightning storm in the mountains. Prepare to be awestruck if, like us, you live in a city. Switch the pool lights off and enjoy!
