If you’re looking for a genuine wow-house, look no further: magnificent Villa Kiyi brings you two pools, four bedrooms, breath-taking, all-around views and an unbeatable location. In all our years in Kalkan, we have yet to see a more impressive villa.
This unique property is the vision of Eddie Sade, a Kalkan travel professional of many years who wanted to create something suitable for the most discerning clientele yet different to Kalkan’s signature white villas. His concept has come to life at Villa Kiyi, an Indian Ocean-inspired luxury home that nestles into the contours of the hillside, making a statement that whispers rather than shouts. With no neighbours on one side, the villa is also more private than most in Kalkan, adding to the sense that you are somewhere really very special. The interiors are designed in this same quietly elegant style, with en suites for all the bedrooms and not forgetting welcome extra touches like the small TV/games room with Playstation.
There’s a wonderful sense of flow to the villa, beginning at the upper floor bedrooms with their own lovely balconies and then down to the main level, complete with a sparkling infinity pool, a wooden sunbathing deck and a hand-crafted, traditional Turkish köşk, where you can lounge like a sultan on the day bed and marvel at the view. The lower ground level feels almost like an additional bonus property, ideal if some of your party need a little more privacy. Tucked into a lovely landscaped garden you’ll find a guest cottage with an extra-large, en-suite bedroom, a second pool with in-built Jacuzzi, and a gym room with Bali-style massage pavillion (local masseurs can be arranged on request). Wooden steps lead away from here, continuing the blissful flow down into Kalkan itself. Eddie chose his location with care, so staying here means you can enjoy not only some of the best views in the whole of Kalkan but also the convenience of beach clubs, roof-top restaurants, harbour cafes and the enticing little shops of the Old Town all within a five to ten-minute walk. This prime location means a car is therefore not essential; our guests enjoy complimentary entrance to the Indigo beach club (ten-minute walk), and we can arrange private airport transfers to whisk you directly to the villa on request.

All guests staying in Kalkan are treated to a complimentary Turkish bath (hamam) treatment in the Kalkan Regency hotel's renowned spa and a day trip on the hotel’s traditional gület boat, Poseidon, with lunch and a welcome glass of bubbles included (additional drinks will need to be paid for on board).
