This charming three-bedroom villa combines the tranquillity of a beautiful Campanet Valley location with the chance to explore historic Pollensa, just a 15-minute drive away. A comfortable traditional stone house with a private pool and expanse of well-maintained garden, it’s both a peaceful retreat and an opportunity to get to know the highlights of Mallorca’s north.
For wining and dining, a lovely beach and leisurely strolls along the famous Pine Walk, cosmopolitan Puerto Pollensa is 25 minutes away but if you prefer to strike out from civilisation, there are numerous walking trails. Follow a day in the great outdoors with a barbecue on the terrace, tapas in nearby Campanet or dinner and people watching in Pollensa’s beautiful main square.

A really lovely family holiday. The pool was brilliant and both my grandsons will remember it as the place where they learned to swim. Both swam a length unaided.
We have enjoyed a wonderful week with wonderful weather. The children have loved the pool – absolutely perfect to be able to see them from the house and terrace. Thank you.

The outdoor area (including the pool) was completely stunning - beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, equipped with everything, spacious, private and totally peaceful. Everything you would need to relax.
Another fantastic holiday with Simpson Travel. We really enjoyed how close the villa was to Pollenca and the ease with which we could travel around the island. The villa itself has a beautiful pool and garden and was cleaned every day and the house had everythig we needed for a lovely, relaxing family holiday.

The Simpson Travel staff, Sonia and Sarah, were as helpful and proactive, as the villa was delightful.
It was a shame the weather did not match the beautiful house and surroundings, but we had a great time and even managed a couple of barbecues. Pepe, the owner, was a charming man and we had a nice chat with him. The two reps, Sarah and Barbara, were excellent and were very helpful during our stay. Well done Simpson. We will be back.

Our second stay at Ca'n Sion. Such a delight. A peaceful location with only the bells of the sheep to break the silence. A true rural retreat with no airs and graces yet extremely comfortable. Loved that the fig tree was still going strong since our last visit in 2017. We will be back next year!

Fantastic experience with Simpson Travel and an amazing holiday at Ca’n Sion. The villa was stunning in a peaceful location, the outdoor space and gardens were lovely. Great proximity to Pollenca, Port de Pollenca and also Alcudia. The welcome pack was a wonderful surprise and was filled with lots of delicious goodies, and the childrens pack we requested was brilliant with everything you could need to make sure little ones are catered for and entertained. Will definitely be using Simpson Travel again.
A fantastic two weeks in Ca’n Sion, so peaceful and relaxing. Graham was so welcoming. It’s a great spot for exploring the local beaches. Go early to Formentor before it gets busy. You can hire a boat from Puerto Pollença and we enjoyed lots of delicious dinners in the Old Town. A wonderful holiday to Mallorca!
I enjoyed our visit to Mallorca and Ca'n Sion. I would like to go with Simpson Travel again. I loved going out to dinner late and the trams were so much fun. We had the time of our lives with the inflatable in the pool, diving down to touch the bottom of the pool. Thank you Graham and Simpson Travel for the teddies and goodies.
We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Ca'n Sion – the villa was everything we could have asked for. It has a fantastic pool and the kids enjoyed it so much. We had some wonderful days out. We visited Cap de Formentor – an amazing journey and well worth it. Alcúdia old town is beautiful and we had some fantastic meals there. Pollença is lovely and we had a gorgeous day in Sóller. We had a great stay at Ca’n Sion. There are some very nice beaches in the local area and a lovely swimming pool. It has been great fun at Ca’n Sion, I never want to leave.
Simpson Travel's organisation cannot be faulted – from the booking process, to the arrival procedure and car hire at the airport, through to the services of the local representative. Our villa, Ca'n Sion was a little jewel in an oasis of countryside tranquillity. The owner, Pepe, was also a joy to talk to when he came to maintain the property, as was Jauna, the cleaning lady, when she came to service the villa.
The villa is well located for those wishing peace and tranquillity but also wishing to explore the north of the island. There are some lovely restaurants in Pollença old town, a 15-minute drive from the villa, which caters for all tastes, including vegetarians. The market in Pollença is vibrant and well worth a visit, and also the market in Sineu for pottery and to stock up on fruit and vegetables.
Another seamless and relaxing holiday from Simpson Travel – met all expectations as usual. We will be back!
This was our first holiday using Simpson Travel. We booked our flights, car and villa all together. It was so easy! Our villa was even better than expected and included a substantial welcome pack. Ca'an Sion is a gem! We had the best holiday – quiet, peaceful location which recharged the batteries just off the beaten track but within easy reach of everything. Perfect setting – a beautiful villa in a picture-perfect setting. Loved hearing the sheep moving between the fields with the noise of their bells blending into the calm environment.

Wonderful villa with a fabulous pool set in beautiful countryside. Eating fresh figs picked straight from the tree for breakfast with nothing more to disturb the peace than the sound of sheep bells must be the definition of relaxation.
The villa is set in a beautiful, peaceful location enabling you to completely relax and unwind but is close enough to the town of Pollença and the coast to enable you to explore this corner of the island without having to drive too far.

Ca'n Sion is a beautiful old farmhouse which has been sympathetically updated with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The outside area with pool and covered barbecue and large garden is especially good. It is near to Pollença to enjoy all that it has to offer yet far enough to be quiet and peaceful and to enjoy the sound of the sheep bells. Just watch the bikes!
This was our second villa holiday with Simpson Travel – again we were really pleased with our choice. The owner and Alison from Simpson Travel were both lovely. We enjoyed a very, very lazy week. Our favourite thing was sitting outside after midnight, just watching the stars and a fantastic lightning storm in the mountains. Prepare to be awestruck if, like us, you live in a city. Switch the pool lights off and enjoy!
