Ca’n Moixet is set in pretty countryside between Pollensa town and the coast, with lovely views of the hill known as Puig Maria, the most distinctive landmark in the area. There’s a short but steep hike to the top for those with energy to burn, and it’s just five minutes by car to the old town of Pollensa, renowned for its buzzy cafés and colourful Sunday market.
The convenient location between beach and town gives this charming, single-storey villa very wide appeal, but what we love most about it is the wonderful outdoor space. If you’re travelling with younger children, the big lawns are perfect for wobbly toddlers or a kick about with a football, and there’s plenty of shade either on the covered dining terrace or the poolside summer house for cooling off. For a couple or a small group of friends, it's a wonderful spot to laze in the sun or sip a nightcap by the pool, savouring the sounds and soft fragrance of a warm Mallorcan evening.
Bright and airy, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the villa offers plenty of space for a family or two couples travelling together. The wide sandy arc of Puerto Pollensa beach is a just a short drive away, and here you can also find boat trips, sailing schools and the smart new marina which is a great spot for people watching from a waterside café. For a more traditional feel, Pollensa old town is a very relaxing place to explore by day or by night.

We have been to Mallorca many times, this has to be our favourite place, meaning Pollença. Ca’n Moixet has to be the most relaxing, peaceful villa ever. Living in London we appreciated the quietness. Simpson Travel came up trumps again! Thank you Xisco for sharing your home – we will return.
We have had a wonderful week celebrating Shelagh’s 85th birthday with her four daughters. The villa has worked so well. Accessible for Shelagh both in the villa and in the pool! We loved Pollença and also went to Alcudia. Really lovely cuisine in local restaurants. We love the villa – quiet, easy, lovely figs and lemons. Tranquil and relaxing for all of us. We had a wonderful week staying in this gorgeous villa. Enjoyed fresh fruit every day and lots of swims in the pool. The villa is perfect! Ca'n Moixet is a fantastic villa with beautiful gardens. We had a lovely week just relaxing at the villa. Didn't do much at all and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had some tasty meals in the old town of Pollença. Although the water was a bit cold we went in the pool every day.

Another beautiful Simpson villa in one of our favourite destinations. Very well equipped and set in superb gardens, it has been a great place to relax. Sadly the weather could have been better but on the good days everything was perfect.
What a beautiful villa and garden! We sat by the pool and recharged our batteries and just chilled, which was our intention. Sat in the garden for many hours. Have travelled with Simpson for many years and again they have given us a wonderful, peaceful holiday. An absolutely amazing villa with stunning outdoor space. A great location for visiting Pollença, Port de Pollença and Alcudia. Amanda, the Simpson concierge was very welcoming and helpful, there if we needed her, and very helpful with return details to the UK. We feel very secure in booking with Simpsons.

We had a wonderful holiday, the villa was exceptional and the location was very peaceful yet so convenient to get to Pollença and Port de Pollença very easily. Xisco, the owner, was very friendly and keeps the gardens and pool immaculate and Amanda from Simpson was on hand when needed. An added bonus were the orchards where we could pick oranges, lemons and grapefruit every day for fresh juice. We would definitely like to return.
Wonderful 2-week family holiday at a wonderful villa. Beautiful gardens and pool, location was brilliant. Villa is very well equipped for a family. Children adored the pool, many hours spent enjoying it! We enjoyed many visits to Port de Pollença and the beautiful but extremely busy beach at Formentor. Highlight for us was a boat trip to the blue caves, unforgettable!
A wonderful week spent soaking up the sun and relaxing in the stunning gardens and welcoming pool. This was a real oasis and our first family holiday in two years – couldn’t have had a more wonderful setting. We barely left he villa but managed to for coffees and shopping in beautiful Pollença and delicious meals at Son Brull Hotel Bistro, La Giardina in Pollença and Stay in Puerto Pollença. We will definitely be back. Special mention to the villa owner who came to tend to his beautiful gardens and couldn’t have been more kind and welcoming – full of local knowledge and tips.
Another lovely holiday in our favourite Pollença. Homely villa with pretty garden and pool area. Particularly enjoyed nice meals at Sa Romonu and Lu Llonja. Cocktails at Jimmy’s a must! Claire is always providing up to date restaurant details and back-up when required.
Well-equipped villa ideally located for beach, town and major road access. Quiet and efficient air-conditioning gave us all good night’s sleep. Would definitely stay here again.
Fantastic villa in a wonderful situation. We have had a lovely relaxing eek here. Thank you Simpson for the welcome pack – very useful not to have to shop on arrival. We enjoyed the beaches at San Vicente and Port de Pollença and good meals at Il Giardino and Camponet in Pollença. We will return – one week was not enough.
The best thing about our holiday was the villa and its pool. We loved the area too. Pollença is a lovely town – the boat trip to Formentor was good fun. The 365 Calvari steps is a must do – particularly with grumpy kids!

We had a wonderful holiday in Ca’n Moixet. Our little one spent most of her time in the pool – it’s a great place to relax, eat and swim! Old Town Pollença market is well worth a visit. Overall a perfect holiday for all. The family will definitely return here – it’s our favourite Simpson Travel villa so far.
Our two weeks have flown by. We have enjoyed our stay at the villa. Puerto Pollença beach is fabulous – sandy, uncrowded and safe.
Claire, the rep, was superb. She provided the best welcome pack we have ever had, we could put together a simple evening meal of pasta and fruit plus a breakfast so we did not have to dash to the shops on arrival, most welcome, there was even beer and wine plus water! The villa was immaculately presented and we had a wonderful time. As usual with Simpson Travel there were no uncomfortable surprises, just a quality holiday which exceeded your precise description, thank you.

What a lovely villa. The grounds are kept spotless and there is everything you need. Never seen so many pots, pans and glasses in any other villa we’ve stayed in, although we ate out most nights. Hope to be back another year.

Very relaxing holiday in a super villa. Weather has been fantastic. Enjoyed several meals in Pollença Old Town and our granddaughter enjoyed trips to the water park. We haven’t been about much, but what we have seen here in Mallorca is super, thank you.
We stayed in C'an Moixet in Pollença and as we have done last year, enjoyed our stay. Quality of villa was exactly as depicted on website and Claire the local rep made contact although we kept missing her. Villa location is perfect for exploring Pollença and the port. Maid service excellent and poolman came a couple of times whilst we were there. All in all a superb break - just wished we had booked for two weeks!

What a wonderful villa! Beautiful gardens, lovely pool and our own mountain. We’ve had a blissfully quiet two weeks, exactly what we needed. The facilities in the villa are exceptional and Frank (the owner) keeps the garden immaculately – anyone here in late August I’m jealous of the fig feast you will have – enjoy! Just wish we'd booked through Simpson Travel previously, the level of service is excellent. We've stayed in Mallorca many times and love the island but C'an Moixet was definitely the best villa by far. Just wish we could have stayed longer.
Ca'n Moixet is delightful, with beautiful gardens and well equipped accommodation. Location wise it can't be beaten, so close to Pollença but secluded and quiet. We had a wonderful holiday here and hope to return, Simpson Travel has done it again!

We had a fantastic week at Ca'n Moixet. The weather has been fantastic and we couldn’t get the children out of the pool. The oranges were a real treat at breakfast.
