We’ve been operating holidays for over 35 years, yet Simpson Travel remains very much a family company both in structure and in outlook, and we consider our guests to be part of that extended family.
Customer loyalty is the backbone of our business and we have spent a long time trying to establish a meaningful way to thank our guests for their ongoing support. In autumn 2014, after extensive consultation, we launched the Simpson Loyalty Club, which aims to recognise and reward those who travel with us on a regular basis.
Membership is by invitation only and includes a range of travel-related benefits such as new product previews, luxury offers from our partner companies and cash back on each holiday booked. We offer four tiers of membership which reflect the number of holidays previously taken with corresponding levels of privileges.
