If you were to imagine a Mediterranean beach house, then it would probably look a lot like this one. Freshly made up in classic tones of terracotta and blue, the house is airy, light-filled and comfortable, surrounded by the sort of tree-filled garden you’d usually only find in a rural inland location.
Pinarello Beach House also boasts a separate adjacent annexe with its own en-suite bathroom, perfect for grandparents or a couple needing more privacy from family or friends.
At the front of the house is a private saltwater heated pool and beyond at the bottom of the sandy, shrub-filled garden, is a little wooden gate leading onto Pinarello beach. A Corsican classic of powdery white sand lapped by pale turquoise sea, Pinarello offers a range of watersports in the main summer season, plus a scattering of tempting restaurants in the hamlet just a few minutes’ walk from the house.

We were so blessed in staying at the Pinarello Beach House, Corsica. Everything they said on the packet with regard to the villa and position was accurate and just how we imagined it. Claire who helped us through the booking process, was patient, caring and listened to our requirements. Our local contact for Simpson Travel was Samantha who was so thoughtful and always giving us suggestions of places to visit. Sometimes people make a holiday, and in this instance it was certainly Claire and Samantha's professionalism which won through. Georgie and I who have seen many parts of the world, both came back and said it was one of the best holidays we have ever had. Thank you.
We had a wonderful week at the Beach House Pinarello. Super relaxing, very comfortable, and a wonderful location. The children (aged 9, 12 & 13) all agreed it was the best villa we have ever stayed in! It was very private and peaceful whilst being a stone's throw from the beach and the restaurants of Pinarello. The pool was lovely and the air con much appreciated as it was HOT! We also explored Porto Vecchio and Bonafacio (so beautiful - definitely go there for the sunsets and yacht-watching). And inland the children loved swimming and jumping off the rocks in the river inland from Solenzara (about 30 mins away). We highly recommend a holiday to Beach House Pinarello - wonderful memories made.
At the risk of sounding like an ‘echo chamber’, this place is fantastic! We have had a lovely week with specific thanks to Clare and Samantha for their attentiveness throughout. The best thing of all is the sea, absolutely beautiful.

Thank you for a lovely week in beautiful Corsica. The villa is perfect for us - good location, comfortable, great heated pool and wifi for the revising teenagers! It's our second time in Corsica, it won't be the last.
What an amazing villa, great location, close to restaurants just walking distance from the garden gate. We had a mixture of lazy days just enjoying the villa and doing some visits and excursions. We visited the Lavezzi islands from Bonifacio port, and food on the boat was fabulous. The Ospedale waterfall is another great experience with the right shoes. All in all there is so much to do here that one trip is not enough.
Everything met our expectations and has been wonderful. We were delighted to meet with some very speedy tortoises. Thank you Claire for your help, you made everything very easy for us.
We’ve been to Pinarello Beach House several times and have always been impressed with the service by the Simpson’s staff. We particularly love the location. Claire has been absolutely amazingly helpful and so has Roberto. We have had a baby with us 2 years running and they have transported luggage, shopped, provided baby paraphernalia. They’re brilliant.
We have spent a very enjoyable week here. Relaxing by the pool, eating al fresco and generally being very lazy. The close proximity of the villa to the sea is a wonderful bonus and we have all appreciated the warm clear water. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing meals, but we have also eaten some delicious meals at the local restaurants. We have been visited by the tortoise, various cats and even a wild boar!
We have had an amazing time swimming in the sea, paddle boarding and jumping down slides. For 2 seniors a very active trip. It's so beautiful and such warm water you can't resist.
Five years on, another wonderful stay at the Beach House. Highlights: snorkelling at the end of the garden, walking through the sea to collect croissants and pain every morning and of course the wonderful pool. SPAR in Trinite has everything, including a poissonerie. It's hard tearing ourselves away, hope to be back soon!
A most enjoyable week of sun, sea, sand, food and drink. Snorkelling from the beach to see all sorts of life from fish to lobsters to hermit crabs! Our day trip to Porto Vecchio and then on to Palombaggia, though enjoyable, was enough to make us realise that we wanted to just stay put and relax in this most perfect location!

Pinarello Beach House was lovely and in an excellent setting. The representative was helpful, attentive and friendly as was the villa owner. The villa itself is one of the best we have used with a separate annexe for a couple. Being on the beach it could hardly be better for a beach holiday.

This was our second visit to Pinarello Beach House – a wonderful house and even lovelier than before now that it has a pool! We love Pinarello – the croissant run in the morning down the beach before the crowds, drinks at Ruscana and supper by the sea. We saw the resident tortoise – but only once, despite us looking. Our other highlight was a kayak trip around the island, taking in the super yacht en route! Very relaxing and Maeva, the Simpson Travel representative, was super helpful.

We have much enjoyed our stay in Pinarello Beach House which is in an amazing location and a very comfortable villa. The weather has been kind to us so we have made the most of the beach – swimming in the sea on such a safe bay can't be rivalled. We also liked Santa Giulia beach although that was much busier. David's exclusives are well worth doing, highlights being the rock pool and the boat trip and the the old town at Bonifacio. Many thanks to David and Simpson Travel.
Have just had a wonderful holiday in Corsica, staying at Pinarello Beach House. The perfect location with a private pool and beach at the bottom of the garden. Croissants could be bought daily, a short stroll down the beach, and meals were eaten at restaurants along the beach. One trip to the mountains, and a glorious dip in a blue pool, provided a change of scene, but as we were only there for a week, we were quite happy staying in the villa for the rest of the week. All in all, a fantastic holiday, and I am hoping to return one day soon.
This has been our third family holiday with Simpson Travel. Their recommendations on accommodation have been excellent every time. The villa is very comfortable, well equipped and maintained and the position is breathtaking. We found the surrounding Corsican scenery, coast and mountains to be stunning. In short a great holiday!

Just the best located villa we've stayed in. To be able to walk through the gate on to the beach was great and very relaxing to lie around the pool but be able to hear the waves breaking on the beach. Plenty of shade in the garden which we shared with a tortoise and woodpeckers. The villa is spacious with enough space to relax inside if you have to sit out a storm.
