Our Covid-19 pledge…
Our dedicated team will be on hand to guide you every step of the way, from the moment you book until the day you arrive home from your holiday - and beyond. From advice on the latest travel protocols to specialist local knowledge in your destination, we’ve got it covered.
Our flexible booking guarantee means you can change your holiday to another 2022 date or destination up to ten weeks prior to departure. We won’t charge an amendment fee and will only pass on any increase (or decrease) in your holiday cost that results from your changes*.
Our ATOL protection and ABTA bonding ensure your money is 100% safe, so you can book with confidence. You will never lose your money should travel to your destination be restricted when you are due to depart. The UK's vaccination programme has been instrumental in opening up international travel and increasingly, proof of vaccination is required to enter or avoid restrictions in our destinations. We respectfully request that clients take responsibility for agreeing to meet all vaccination or testing requirements both in the UK and abroad. Alterations to these requirements sit outside the terms of our Covid-pledge but for imminent departures, you are entitled to change or cancel your holiday under the following circumstances*:
- The UK FCDO or your country’s equivalent authority advise against all non-essential travel to your destination
- Borders to your destination are closed
- You are required to quarantine on arrival at your destination
- You are required to quarantine for 10 days on your return to the UK or your country of origin
- You are required to enter a quarantine hotel on your return to the UK or your country of origin
In the event of a travel restriction affecting your holiday, our expert team will contact you personally to discuss your options. We will always do our best to help you switch destinations or dates and ensure you enjoy the holiday you deserve or, alternatively, we can often provide a credit note for future use. In the case of our package holidays and many of our accommodation-only holidays (excluding those to mainland France), a refund will also be available*.
