2024 Price Freeze - Terms and Conditions

The majority of properties are participating in our price freeze promotion and are displaying December 2022 prices until 31 December 2023. Properties in mainland France are excluded from the offer and details of other villas not participating in our early bird promotion are listed below. We cannot guarantee that properties not yet displaying new season prices will join the promotion; these may be reserved as usual for 2024 with a fully refundable deposit using our Advance Registration scheme.
