Kalkan has no shortage of large and luxurious villas, but this particular property has one major advantage: its own large beach platform and jetty, with direct access to a private waterfront stretching for approximately 50 metres along the bay. These platforms are a real feature of Kalkan, creating easy water access and smooth sunbathing spots along the precipitous coastline, but they generally belong to beach clubs or hotels rather than private villas like this one.
The Korsan Kuzey is one of a pair of villas situated at the quieter end of Kalkan, past Kalamar Bay and the overwhelming feeling is one of extravagant, sun-lit space. Booked in combination with neighbouring Korsan Guney it offers a wonderful opportunity for large groups to travel together and enjoy this special spot. The house is built over three floors, with a vast wraparound balcony on the first floor and an equally spacious terrace surrounding the swimming pool. You can position yourself here to enjoy the stress-busting pleasures of warmth, peace and sublime views as far as the eye can see.
The size and location of the villa makes it ideal for entertaining. In addition to the five en-suite bedrooms and the large sitting room, you and your guests can enjoy the luxury of your own private waterfront. Back by the house, the pool terrace has a romantic day bed, large gazebo and a Jacuzzi for the ultimate holiday pampering, or you can challenge the family to table tennis or pool in the outdoor games room.

A lovely peaceful villa. Very well appointed and a wonderful pool. Kalamar Bay is beautiful and a short distance by taxi to Kalkan - we felt we had the best of both worlds.
We age in range from 4 to 74 and we all loved the villa and Kalkan. We had an amazing holiday and probably spent more time in the pool than out of it. Wonderful barbecue and breakfast from Korsan Kitchen. Emrah was a star and the housekeeping team did a great job. We loved that everything – taxis, food delivery, meat delivery, restaurant books, etc. – can be easily arranged by WhatsApp. Would really recommend a meal at the Trout Farm and the sunset trip to Patara. We will be back.
We had a great holiday! Wonderful villa with beautiful views. It was a bonus having a jetty and the paddleboards were great fun. The staff were amazing and very helpful and thoughtful. Our rep, Zeze, couldn’t do enough for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.
A wonderful villa for our family holiday – so spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We were looked after like royalty by the fabulous staff looking after the villa and lovely Zeze, our rep, who is a special lady. Early morning swims, fishing trips, exploring ancient Lycian ruins, gorge trekking, Turkish breakfast in the mountain villa, a traditional Turkish shave, a visit to Patara beach and catching a glimpse of those elusive turtles were just some of the things we tried. The paddleboards at the villa were a much-appreciated addition – as was the fresh bread every morning! Thank you to all the Korsan Kuzey and Simpson Travel teams for making our Ruby wedding anniversary celebration so very special.
Korsan Kuzey exceeded all our expectations. We were a family of nine adults and the accommodation suited us perfectly. There was so much space outside and the swimming pool was huge. We particularly loved the private jetty and paddle boards with steps directly into the sea - fabulous in every way. A huge thank you to our Simpson rep Zeze who was so friendly and helpful and sorted out a couple of issues. So very fast and efficiently for us. Thank you Zeze.
We have been travelling to Kalkan for the last 20 years with our family and stayed at many different villas. We have stayed at Korsan Kurzey previously and it remains our favourite due to its outside space and private sea access. The paddle boards are a welcome addition alongside the Kayaks.
We have had the most fantastic holiday staying in this wonderful villa. We are a 3 generational family and there was plenty of space for all. The trip on the Poseidon was amazing and the staff so friendly and kind to the children... Zeze was very kind and helpful and sorted things out for us on occasion. A super holiday.
This was our second visit to Korsan Kuzey, the last was in 2014, and we were pleased to find we enjoyed this visit as much as our last. Villa Kuzey is beautiful and well appointed and the pool area is outstanding. Even in October, the boys enjoyed hours of fun in the pool and the sea jetty was fantastic for swimming in the sea. Kalkan is a lovely town and we enjoyed browsing the market, going to the shops and eating out. We hope to be back again soon!

We have had an incredible week in this most amazing villa. It is truly idyllic. Pool, sea, sun and paddleboards, we couldn't have wished for more. Huge thanks to the Korsan and Simpson teams for making our stays very comfortable and very memorable. A fab holiday, very sad to leave.

Unbelievable location – quiet, beautiful pool and outdoor area, with steps down to the beach. Korsan Kuzey is a superb villa – well-equipped and very spacious. Local restaurants and shops are plentiful in Kalkan and the locals are really friendly and can't do enough for you. The local Simpson rep is very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, so there is no stress. We had a super week and already looking at options for 2020!

This was our first time in Turkey but definitely not the last. An absolutely fantastic week with the family. Hasan and his wife looked after us so well. The views from the villa are stunning, the kayak , the pool, the decking, all amazing. We thought all the restaurants were some of the best we had been to around the world. The breakfasts that we had cooked for us by Omar at the villa and the barbecue were also fantastic and great value. Also feed the cats as they are so friendly. A great time had by us all. Looking forward to coming back soon.
