The areas surrounding Pollença offer a mix of countryside, golf courses, coves and sandy beaches all within easy reach of each other. The Pollença region is ideal to enjoy the beautiful countryside yet only a short drive from the beaches at Puerto Pollença and very close to the old town of Pollença. This old historic town is in complete contrast to the vibrant Puerto Pollença yet only ten minutes apart by car. We have a wide variety of self-catering villa accommodation in this area that offers well equipped carefully designed interiors that include large lawned gardens complete with swimming pool such as Ca’n Jaume Barretes or Ca’n Toni making these both superb choices for families. Within the old town of Pollença itself is a lovely unique property, Irina, which is only a short walk to the old square but offers a small garden and private pool.

If you like to explore the smaller villages inland why not stay at Finca Malena, located on the edge of the Tramuntana Mountains.  Here you can absorb the unspoilt countryside and the traditional nearby villages of Selva and Caimari.

For something exceptionally authentic and individual in the stunning village of Fornalutx we have a new property for 2013 called Ca’n Antuna. Fornalutx is highly sought after and this villa is ideally located within a two minute walk of the local restaurants and a five minute stroll to the village square.  It is also only a 15 minute drive from the delightful town of Sóller and its neighbour, Puerto Sóller linked by a tram service journeying through orange and lemon groves.
