This delightful villa sits in the same gated grounds as Villa Ekavi, and shares the same outstanding sea views in this much sought after stretch of coastline. The house is decked out in contemporary country style, with high beamed ceilings, traditional wrought iron beds and crisp linen. Outside, the pool area lets you enjoy the brilliant southern sunshine all day long, with plenty of shady terracing for your morning coffee or a long lazy lunch.
Villa Nafsika's location is excellent – just a short stroll into the village of Agios Stephanos, where you can shop for basic provisions, dine on fresh Greek delicacies with the sea lapping by your feet or hire a little boat to explore this fabled coastline. Kerasia beach and taverna are just a few hundred metres further, or for those who enjoy exploring on foot, there are links up to a coastal path to Kouloura, Kalami and Agni.
Whilst Villa Nafsika shares the same driveway and estate as Villa Ekavi, both houses are totally private and separate from each other. They can, however, be rented together and would work well for larger groups or two families holidaying together but seeking a bit of independence.

We have had a truly relaxing time in this delightful villa enjoying exceptionally warm weather. Swimming every day in October is a real treat and will set us up for the winter ahead. This is our 14th visit with Simpson – both here and in Paxos – all in lovely villas but the view from here is truly exceptional and we shall, God willing, be returning in May. A big thank you to Jackie who has looked after us magnificently and also Julie for keeping the house spotless.
We’ve had a really lovely week in Nafsika – a very well-equipped villa and such a good location – an easy 10-mintue walk to the village with its excellent bars and restaurants and a 10-15 minute walk to Kerasia beach – again with a lovely taverna and café/bar next door. We are sorry to leave this spectacular view!
Our first visit to Corfu in about 20 years and we have had a superb week. Very glad we booked through Simpson Travel, who have been helpful and courteous right from the booking stage many months ago. Nafsika is a beautiful villa, well equipped and well maintained. Julie made sure it is thoroughly cleaned and it has been lovely. Jackie has been very helpful with restaurant bookings, boats, etc. Moving up the drive to Ekavi for Week 2 so looking forward to another week of great views.
We arrived on Saturday and Simpson recommended a night's stay at The Liston Suites in old Corfu town. This was a lovely way to start the holiday. We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful villa. Fantastic location and super views. We enjoyed walking into the village and Waves Bar was a particular hit with my teenage son. Jackie could not be more helpful and we really appreciated Julia keeping the place so clean and tidy. It has been a great week.

A fabulous week at Nafsika. Fantastic views – loved seeing the boats shooting passed all day and the big yachts moored at night. Definitely worth hiring a boat for the day and finding small quiet bays to swim in. Jackie is a great source of information and gets the best of tables for restaurant bookings. Really helped to get the most out of our holiday. The villa was a great find and kept so clean by Julia. It’s very hard to leave!

We had a wonderful week at Nafsika! This was our first villa holiday and our first booking with Simpson Travel and it couldn’t have been better. Our children loved having a pool all to themselves, I loved getting up early to enjoy the peace and quiet on the veranda, enjoying a coffee and drinking in the incredible views. We loved being able to walk to Agios Stefanos easily and enjoyed drinks and evening meals there. We were lucky enough to have perfect weather for our stay which meant lazy days by the pool and trips to the beach (we walked to Kerasia beach). Overall a fabulous week in Corfu, we hope to come back soon! Thankyou Jackie for the lovely welcome basket of local food, the olives especially were divine!
We had been to San Stefano before but not to this villa. It is perfect, there were 3 of us and we all loved it. The views are incredible.

Excellent 2 weeks at Nafsika. Villa and pool are immaculately kept by considerate locals and a friendly tabby cat to keep you company! Beds are so comfortable and air con the quietest we have ever had anywhere. Villa is ideally situated for an evening stroll into Agios Stephanos for dinner or cocktails. Good choice of tavernas. 5 minute drive to Kerasia beach with fantastic taverna or snack bar plus clear blue sea to swim.
Another really good holiday at Nafsika, Corfu. The whole experience was, as usual, excellent and everything we have become used to with Simpsons. An important part of any holiday are the people who are there in the resort. We have to mention Jackie, the concierge for the villas. Simpsons could not have had a better representative for their company. She is helpful, approachable, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your holiday is perfect.
Great villa, surrounds and area. Simpsons have done it again with this one. We've already booked for next year which we think says its all about what we feel about the whole deal.
Nafsika met and indeed exceeded expectations. And having see a few other places, Agios Stephanos is the perfect spot! Lovely food, lovely people, lovely weather. We hope to be back one day.
A really lovely week at Nafsika! We arrived in the rain but the week turned out to be wonderful for this time of year – gorgeous sunshine. The boys loved the pool and we spent much of our week at Avlaki beach. Absolutely crystal clear waters and wonderful for swimming. We had a lovely drive up to the monastery – at the highest point of the island – just before sunset and the views were breathtaking! Lovely meals locally at the harbour. Wonderful views and sunrises made Nafsika a very special place.
What can we say about our two weeks in fabulous Nafsika? Rain…thunder…wind…lightning…rain…rain…rain! Jackie says the worst storms she remembers in 20 years. But, we have had a wonderful two weeks nevertheless. The few sunny days we got we enjoyed Kerasia and Kalami beaches. Agios Stephanos is a perfect setting and the tavernas are great. Gallini was our favourite, wonderful food and professional service. We took a trip to Old Perithia, which was very interesting. On the way back down there is a great little shop called Bee Happy – local honey, olive oil, soaps, etc. We will definitely be back to explore some more. Thank you Jackie and Julie.
We once again cannot fault the service of Simpson or the villa, both absolutely fabulous. Our small downside was that it rained for 10 of the 14 days we were there, torrential for large parts of it so even sightseeing was knocked on the head. A very different holiday indeed. But we had a lovely villa so we couldn't complain. We are keeping our fingers crossed for better weather next time with our Simpson holiday to Majorca next May!
We’ve had a brilliant first time to Corfu. Nafsika has proven a perfect, relaxing base and we’re very taken by Agios Stephanos. We can thoroughly recommend a day on a boat from San Stephanos – great fun and also day trips to Old Perithia and Corfu Old Town are well worth it. We went to Nafsika for a week, first time in Corfu for years but have travelled with Simpson before. We have always rated Simpson’s service but this time it was the best yet from booking through to the airport home. The villa just above Agios Stephanos is lovely with a superb pool and the view is magnificent. Jackie, the concierge, was so helpful, particularly booking tavernas and she arranged for a ‘prosecco surprise’ for a birthday dinner. She also printed and dropped off the Covid certificates for our trip home. I couldn’t find fault with anything and would highly recommend Simpson Travel. Thank you.
We enjoyed a very relaxing week in Villa Nafsika – chilling by the pool or visiting local beaches. Fantastic bakery in Sinies, which is really good for early morning croissants and coffee.
We had a very comfortable week in Nafsika. So nice to get away after such an awful year. We dined out a great deal and The White House was the best – a long lunch and then relaxing on our bean bags for the afternoon.
Wonderful stay at Nafsika. Simply gorgeous! Fantastic, comfortable villa with everything a young family might need. Superb views. Agios Stefanos is the perfect setting. Particularly enjoyed renting a boat from San Stefanos and sailing round to the excellent White House at Kalami – great food and cocktails. The beach at Kalamaki is perfect for young children – sandy and shallow waters. Jackie’s help and advice was brilliant. We’ll be back.
With a heavy heart we leave after a lovely week – first time in Corfu. Jackie very attentive and helpful – thanks too for the bottle for my husband’s 60th. No complaints, amazing thunderstorm! Look forward to coming back and doing very little again.
What a fabulous two weeks we have had in Nafsika. We have relaxed by the pool in glorious sunshine and spent lovely afternoon on Kerasia beach after lunch at our favourite taverna there. Our special restaurants to mention are Gallini and Eucalyptus down in Stefanos and Agni Taverna – just a short water taxi away. We hired a boat for the day which was lovely and spent hours admiring the fabulous coast and views. Toped of with a marvellous lunch at The White house (great tomato risotto). Corfu town is well worth a visit, strolling through the little cobbled streets and taken coffee in the famous Liston overlooking the cricket pitch. A special thank you to Jackie for always being on hand and securing the best tables for us. Also to Julie and Thanos for keeping everywhere clean and tidy. Altogether a fabulous holiday and we will be back.
Our second week in Corfu was made lovely and relaxing at Nafsika. The sea view couldn’t be better from watching party boats to super yachts! We visited many restaurants, the best being Eucalyptus, Tavernaki (Kassiopi) and Gallini – get seated on the jetty! The trip to Corfu Town via Dinos’ boat is highly recommended. Only 30min journey to enjoy 4 hours to explore the Venetian-inspired town. Mostly we have just relaxed by the pool and Agios Stefanos is an ideal location for it has Damianos Bar (great cocktails) and two supermarkets.
This was our fourth Simpson Travel villa. Wonderful service and the villa was just what we expected. A great location, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We will be booking another fabulous Simpson villa for 2020.

We have fallen in love with Corfu and Nafsika. We have become very lazy and spent whole days swimming and checking out the huge boats. We’ve played a lot of UNO too! Jackie has been amazing, books everything you need and pops in for a chat. We will be back next year for more of San Stefanos and Nafsika.
Another lovely two weeks at Nafsika – total relaxation and watching the boats go by. We really appreciate the changes that Simpson is making to cut down on waste – the recycling bins are a great addition. Jackie (as ever) keeps the villa looking perfect, and is so friendly. Nafsika is very comfortable. The location is excellent for boat watching and for walking to and from the tavernas in Agios Stefanos. All the village tavernas are to a good standard with Kochilla, Galanis and Karissia (drive) our favourites. Visit to old Perithia wall worthwhile. Yet another wonderfully peaceful holiday in Nafsika – our favourite villa on our favourite Ionian island. Days were spent in total relaxation watching the boats go by. Julia and Tassos keep the villa immaculate and Jackie, the Simpson Travel representative, is a total star!
We had a lovely holiday at Nafsika. The best things about Corfu are…. Aqualand (giant blue slides), renting a boat, going to lots of beaches, finding an octopus, doing lots of snorkelling. The restaurants are amazing. The pool is lovely, so go in it every day.
We had a fantastic time at Nafsika. We had lovely meals on the terrace at Galini and Kochili in Agios Stephanos (and Jackie, the Simpson Travel representative, will book a table for you). Great beaches with easy parking at Kerasia and Kalamaki. There is lovely snorkelling everywhere. Hire a boat and take it to Agni for lunch, but book in advance.
We had a lovely relaxing week. Nafsika is a great villa in a lovely location – there is plenty to do and see. This was our third time in Corfu, but we managed to find the very picturesque Nissaki Bay with the highlight being the watersports run by a lovely family. The parasailing was well worth the drive and the children loved it. Escape the heat and head for the sandy beach of Kalamaki north of Kassiopi – it has a beautiful breeze and warm waters that are perfect for a late afternoon. We had a great holiday and it was a shame to leave.
A wonderful service from start to finish. Nafsika is exactly as described. The sea views are stunning and the villa is very well appointed. This was our first time staying in Nafsika. It’s a fantastic villa, well appointed, quiet, with stunning views. We enjoyed Corfu Town by night, hiring a boat and the waterpark. We also enjoyed several restaurants – Taverna Agni for a special dinner and the oldest taverna in Old Perithia.

Fabulous villa; really enjoyed the views, especially the setting sun on the hills of Albania followed by the full moon. Warm welcome at all the tavernas – hard to have a particular favourite! Nafsika has a lovely location with beautiful views and a lovely pool. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the shade. The living space is a little cosy, so not for a family who plan to stay in a lot. But it is all very clean and well-maintained. Agios Stephanos is a pleasant village with five or six tavernas and there's plenty to explore nearby.
Fabulous holiday – our sixth on Corfu and first in Nafsika. We loved the villa – great views, great bathrooms! We've had great weather – hope it's not too hot for those who come after us!

A perfect holiday at Villa Nafsika. It's a quiet location with amazing sea views, very comfortable accommodation, beautiful swimming pool and just 10 minutes' walk to Agios Stephanos with its excellent tavernas and shopping facilities. To the south of our villa another beautiful 10-minute walk to the breathtaking Kerasia beach with its crystal clear water and an excellent taverna for a good value lunch on the edge of the water. Corfu we will return!
