Customer Experience Executive - London
 
An opportunity has arisen for an individual who is genuinely passionate about service to join the team at our Roehampton office.  The successful candidate will be responsible for responding in an appropriate and timely manner to customer communication, mostly post-travel, and have an ability to create positive outcomes for both the client and Simpson Travel.  
 
The client’s experience of Simpson Travel is at the heart of everything we do and really listening to their feedback at every stage of their contact with us is vital to our on-going success.  The Customer Experience Executive will play a key role in responding to feedback received via our customer service questionnaires and working with our overseas teams to put matters right for the future.
 
Reputation management via online reviews is an important facet of the role and the ability to react quickly to mitigate any negative impact on the business is critical. 
 
Whether you are talking with a client post-holiday, responding to feedback on our questionnaire or creating a response to a social media comment, your focus is to restore the client’s faith in Simpson Travel and leave them with a positive lasting impression of our company.
 
A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and a confident telephone manner are pre-requisites.  
 
Skills and experience
  • Experience in a customer focused environment with a strong emphasis on service
  • First class English language skills, both written and verbal, essential
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational abilities with impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of successfully managing difficult situations
  • Understanding of travel law, consumer legislation and ABTA’s Code of Conduct useful

Customer Loyalty Concierge - London
 
We are seeking an individual who is genuinely passionate about service to join the team at our Roehampton office to take care of the needs of our Loyalty Club guests, ultimately ensuring that they remain entirely satisfied with every aspect of their Simpson Travel experience.
 
The client’s experience of Simpson Travel is at the heart of everything we do and really listening to the feedback of our Loyalty Club members at every stage of their contact with us is vital to our on-going success.
 
Some of our Loyalty Club members treat us as though we are friends, sharing news of significant events in their lives.  Others may wish to redeem their loyalty benefits.  Most genuinely want to help us improve our services and properties, and are keen to give us feedback on what we could have done better.  Some members want help with their current or next booking and, from time to time, some will have a complaint about an aspect of their holiday.
 
It is the Customer Loyalty Concierge's role to really listen to what our members have to say and to take the time to make each and every one of them feel valued by the company.  The ability to relate to different personalities is vital, as is confidence speaking with people from diverse backgrounds.  As well as making our Loyalty guests feel genuinely appreciated, the role involves resolving their issues swiftly and efficiently, and taking remedial action to avoid a recurrence.

Qualified Nannies - Zakynthos and Lefkada, Greece - Summer Season 2017 

We are seeking qualified nannies for our crèches in Zakynthos and Lefkada for the 2017 summer season. The position starts late April and finishes late October. Applicants must have proven childcare experience and be qualified to NNEB or NVQ level 3. Flights, accommodation and a competitive salary will be provided. Experience working overseas and a driving licence would be an advantage although not essential. Simpson Travel will conduct a CRB check and obtain references.

Resort Representative - Dordogne or Provence/Côte d'Azur

We are looking for a customer-focused Resort Representative to look after Simpson Travel’s guests from mid-Jun until mid-Sep. You will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of service to our guests and maintaining superior property standards through constructive relationships with local owners and agents. You will also work closely with our French product team to support them in the development of our portfolio in France.
 
This role is principally telephone based, although some travel within France will be required.
 
Experience with a tour operator or similar is essential as is fluent French. As well as the requisite experience, we are looking for a number of personal attributes:

The role would suit someone who is already based in Provence/Côte d'Azur or Dordogne.
