Client Services Advisor - London
 
We are looking for energetic, friendly and highly motivated people to join our growing Client Experience team in our South West London office.
The role will involve speaking to guests over the phone and by email to ensure the passenger journey between point of sale and point of departure is of an extremely high service standard. 
 
The successful candidate will have previous experience of customer service, be energetic and happy, and must love dealing with and helping customers.
 
Working towards service targets and customer feedback scores, you must be confident and have the ability to manage the customers’ expectations and deliver an extremely high standard of service.
 
The ultimate purpose of this role is to provide outstanding service for clients between the point of sale and up until the point of departure.

We are seeking qualified nannies for our crèches in Zakynthos and Lefkada for the 2017 summer season. The position starts late April and finishes late October. Applicants must have proven childcare experience and be qualified to NNEB or NVQ level 3. Flights, accommodation and a competitive salary will be provided. Experience working overseas and a driving licence would be an advantage although not essential. Simpson Travel will conduct a CRB check and obtain references.

Resort Representative - Dordogne or Provence/Côte d'Azur

We are looking for a customer-focused Resort Representative to look after Simpson Travel’s guests from mid-Jun until mid-Sep. You will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of service to our guests and maintaining superior property standards through constructive relationships with local owners and agents. You will also work closely with our French product team to support them in the development of our portfolio in France.
 
This role is principally telephone based, although some travel within France will be required.
 
Experience with a tour operator or similar is essential as is fluent French. As well as the requisite experience, we are looking for a number of personal attributes:
 
  • Commitment to delivering quality output in all that you do
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business
  • Clear communicator who can influence individuals to deliver the highest standards of service
  • An aptitude for building constructive and mutually beneficial relationships
  • Sound problem solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organisation skills with excellent follow through
The role would suit someone who is already based in Provence/Côte d'Azur or Dordogne. Airport Representative Mallorca (1 day per week - Friday) - Summer Season 2017
 
We are seeking a representative to provide a meet and greet service to our guests at Palma airport one day per week (Friday) between April and October 2017.
 
Requirements for the role include:
  • Ability to create an excellent first impression
  • First class customer service skills, tailored to meet each guest’s personal needs
  • A dynamic personality who can create a high profile presence within the airport
  • Independent, resourceful and with the ability to build strong relations with rental car and taxi transfer suppliers
  • Attention to detail and ability to pre-empt potential problems
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet
  • Initiative, drive and passion
  • Fluent spoken Spanish and experience in a similar role
  • Due to the nature of the role, flexibility, assertiveness and excellent organisational skills are essential
