Comprehensive Travel Insurance We believe that your safety and holiday enjoyment are very important. Therefore comprehensive travel insurance is essential whenever you travel abroad. We have arranged one of the most comprehensive and competitive travel insurance policies available with AXA Insurance (UK) plc through specialist Insurance Brokers, Campbell Irvine (Tel: 01737 223 687). Our policy includes a 24 Hour Worldwide Emergency Medical Service, staffed by experts in providing professional emergency help. Please note that if you choose not to take our recommended insurance then we require details of your alternative policy in case we need to contact your insurers for you in an emergency whilst you are on holiday with us. The above premiums include Government imposed Insurance Premium Tax currently at 17.5%. Family Rate For families travelling together a special premium applies. This provides for two adults and up to four children aged 18 years or less at date of payment of insurance premium. Child Reduction Adult premiums are reduced by 50% for children aged 18 years or less at date of payment of insurance premium, if travelling with an adult insured under this scheme. Free Cover Infants aged under two at departure can be included, free of charge, if travelling from departure point with a parent insured under this scheme – so long as their name is included on the Simpson Travel confirmation invoice. Age 66 years or more For persons aged 66 years or more at date of payment of insurance premium, double the standard premiums apply with a maximum age of 73 years unless agreed by the Insurers. Annual Multi Trip Insurance If you plan to travel abroad more than once a year we can offer excellent rates on our Annual Multi Trip policy. This includes free wintersports cover and allows you to travel for up to 70 days per trip without advance notice of travel being required, since you are automatically covered. Standard premiums apply for any person aged up to 65 years old, for persons aged 66 up to 69 double premiums apply. Annual cover is not available for persons aged over 69. Data Protection Statement Please be assured that we have measures in place to protect the personal booking information held by us. This information will be passed on to the principal and to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements, including airlines if they require Additional Passenger Information (API). The information may also be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. Certain information may also be passed on to security or credit checking companies. If you travel outside the European Economic Area, controls on data protection may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will only pass your information on to persons responsible for your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we will be unable to provide your booking.
