Our accommodation
We have taken our time to personally select a portfolio of properties, many of which are exclusive in the UK to Simpson Travel and are well placed for you to enjoy the best that Sicily has to offer. We feature a variety of different accommodation ranging from a beautiful villa with private pool to charming apartments in the centre of historical towns, as well as small family run hotels and luxury hotels. A number of our properties are unique and reflect the diversity of culture and history present throughout this magical island. For example, we offer two restored bagli, which are old farm houses typically found in Western Sicily and built in Moorish style around a central courtyard.

‘Discovering Sicily’ holidays
Sicily is an island of contrasts and rich in diversity, so not surprisingly many visitors want to explore more than one area. Our ‘Discovering Sicily’ holidays are the ideal way – offering 3 or 4 night stays (or more) in any of our hotels almost year round. You can create your own holiday by choosing from our portfolio of hand-picked hotels, but please let us advise you on the best itineraries to ensure that your stay shows you the best that the island has to offer and allows you enough time to fully appreciate each area, as well as relax.
Group walking tour
The best way of discovering the stunning Zingaro Nature Reserve and the hills around Segesta is on foot. In fact this is home to many panoramic walking paths. We are pleased to offer a small and friendly walking tour based at Baglio Fontana, which covers this area as well as including a boat trip to the beautiful Egadi Islands.
Spa treatments
Two of our hotels, the Kempinski Giardino di Costanzo and Villa Gussio Nicoletti offer wonderful Spa Centres of particular note – look for the Spa symbol in our brochure. Many of our other hotels and guesthouses also offer Jacuzzis, Turkish baths, massage, spa and beauty treatments. See information under ‘Accommodation details’.
Discover Sicily by chauffeur-driven-car
If you’d prefer to have someone else helping you to discover the diversity of Sicily, then sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery in the comfort of a chauffeurdriven car with or without an English speaking guide. We can arrange this service for you at selected properties for all or part of your stay.
Exploring by car
Sicily begs to be discovered. To make the most of it you’ll want to tour by car. Most of our properties include a hire car and for those which don’t, we recommend you hire one for at least part of your stay.
